Steve WThis place is ghetto, I am sorry to say it but it is. Place is on a Lot with a huge house with graffiti, everything is locked up, there are no signs of where the office is. Doors are chained up! Office trailer is also chained up but falling apart. I'm extremely disappointed with uhaul I their franchise. The rep there needs to be either trained or move on to a different career. Horrible communication, horrible social skills, Horrible attitude. Likes to blame, like to insult with passive aggressive comments. Even got a bit discriminate. I will give him credit though. His attitude and behavior changed completely when i returned the rental.

Kristin BI made an appointment to get a hitch receiver, wiring, and break controller installed. I drove out to my appointment only to find out that the location had none of the parts available. They said that they wouldn't even have them for another 4 days. On top off that, over the phone I was told that it would take them 4 hours to do the installation.. but the mechanic told me I would have to leave the van there for at least an entire day. The phone agent also told me that uhaul hitch installations are only a third of the price I would pay at a mechanic. After this terrible experience I got quotes from 2 mechanics who both don't charge near as much as the uhaul phone agent told me. Nothing but lies.

MARIE PLocation appeared to be closed/out of business. The condition of the office and location was poor and felt unsafe. The associate that helped me with the rental was aggressive and demanding. He didn't let me complete the walk-around check that was sent to my phone, he completed it for me by taking my phone from me.

cory gI reserved a 17 ft truck and was given a 15 ft truck which ruined my moving plans. The truck labored badly before changing gears. Contract said gas tank was at half but it was a bit below that.
