CLINT BI will never step foot in this location again. There was a female there that kept trying to butt into the business that I was handling with a different representative, who was getting visibly frustrated with her. She had an attitude with me and went so far as to yell at my wife.

CHRIS AThe pick up store counter area was a bit cluttered. A young lad clocked in, but not sure he had the initiative to contribute to tidying it up. After all, he did let a very senior man go out and help me hook a trailer. No gumption or respect for elders anymore, lost in our youth. I’m sure it’s all the older feller could do is help customers and maintain the flow of business. Anything additional would probably be too much. At both stores, both older gentleman were beyond pleasant. I wish I could’ve caught their names. Pick up and drop off locations, certain you can look back and see who executed the transactions.. What kills me both of these gentleman were well into their 70’s I’d say, using technology, customer friendly, walking around the lot and directing customer traffic and transactions. Corporate should recognize these fine patriots that keeps “Ace the place”! It scares me to think when we loose these old warriors then what’s our path, cause the young don’t want any part of manual labor for 10-12$ an hr. Better love the ones you have!!!! Great job fellas!! God Bless!!!!

OSVALDO LI have used this facility several times to return a trailer. They are also so easy and pleasant to work with. They have a person out front to help you as soon as they see you drive into the lot.
