The location was great. Uhaul did not include the dolly we ordered or the moving blankets. We were given a discount but we needed moving blankets. Fortunately the moving help we hired had their own dollies.

Derek SI like having the ability to pick up a truck using the app, especially when the business is not open. Not able to get the dollies and furniture pads was the only downside. However, the reservation manager was very helpful and refunded the equipment cost.

Rafael GA good way to improve your service is to get rid of that horrible representative. She was an absolute nightmare. We rented in Elmendorf and she wanted us to return the truck at San Pedro Ave. She was irate, rude, and unwilling to simply change the drop off location. My recommendation? Fire her ass immediately.

Jason PVery friendly manager, who apologized profusely and offered to pay out off his own pocket the additional $8,8 charge that UHaul added to my bill (which was only $32,95 to begin with) for some reason that they will can get no explanation for. I guess they think they don't need to explain why they overcharge people.
