The 303 location was incredible. The service was amazing. They were so patient with my many reservation changes. They were quick checking me out and checking me in.

Rick LongThis truck cost me too much money. Darn near $300. For what. I rented at another location less than a week prior. Only $120 plus $20 in gas. Yeah this little 76 station incovience little mimi mart a complete rip off. Plus it took longer to check it back in than it was for me to check it out. These guys robbed me blind. I say putem out of business.

SAMMIE COLLINSIt was as smooth as I could've asked for. The only thing I noticed about my truck is the drivers side lighter plug doesn't have power for charging phones. Passenger side worked. So definitely not a dealbreaker.

Thomas CurleyAlthough the truck was clean, it was showing its age mechanically. The transmission shifted roughly and the engine sounded more like a diesel. The ramp was also very hard to secure and would have to take a running start to get the latch, to latch. Employees at the gas station were friendly and helpful but were busy attending to the gas station so always had to wait to be helped, both at check in and check out.
Kevin PringleVehicles need to be cleaned inside cab and back area. I swept out lots of garbage, wood chips and screws BEFORE I used it. Truck ran great, good gas mileage. Definitely did the job.

Cheryl WardropCheck in and out was quick, the employee was friendly. It was an older truck but still adequate for the job. My only issue was that the back roll up door was partially open when I got it. It was pouring down rain and the floor was wet! I was able to keep our belongings repetitively dry but it made for a slippery floor surface. I slipped a couple of times but fortunately did not fall.
Russell ScheuffeleGreetings. Please review the record of my recent rental (10' truck, DEC 29-30). I was told by customer service reps that I would receive a discount and that the $175 fee (keys-locked-inside-truck at drop-off site) would be waived due to the fact that my truck experienced a breakdown and I had to wait three hours for roadside assistance and a battery replacement. I lost nearly a half day's work/wages due to this situation. . However, the day after my rental was complete, I received a receipt via email that showed I *HAD BEEN* charged the $175. . This charge is *not* acceptable. At *minimum*, the $175 "cleaning fee" --which was actually charged due to me accidentally locking the key inside the truck cab after returning it to the drop-off location-- was supposed to be waived. . Please check the notes on my rental. I had a multiple customer service calls and texts in Friday the 30th One of those calls was upon return of the vehicle. Due to the vehicle having had broken down and me having to wait roadside for *three (3) hours* for your contracted service provider to come out and replace the battery, tour customer service rep said that the $175 fee would *not* be charged to me. . In addition to waiving that $175 keys-locked-inside fee, I was supposed to get another discount because of the breakdown and having to wait for three hours for service. I lost nearly half a days work due to this situation. . Please rectify this situation with a refund ASAP, and please call me to confirm. My number is 206-963-9653. . Thank you, Airen Lydick
