I enjoyed using the u haul
oswaldo rThese emails keep coming to me. My name is not the name on the contract. All of the emails sent to me have no way to unsubscribe when someone enters an incorrect email address. While this is only a minor inconvenience, it is something U-Haul should consider addressing and creating a way to unsubscribe if an incorrect email address is entered either by a renter or store employee
jade FBest location to rent a U-Haul. I think the amount of pictures I have to take is a lil too much. And the price was a little outrageous. But overall it was a great experience amd I appreciate it.

Tracy SThe overall experience with Uhaul was below average, but Brent saved you. The process of renting a truck on your app is a pain. I understand the importance of verifying a person's ID, but if you can't figure it out with technology then scrap it. I didn't want to do the self check in , but you essentially forced me to. Got to the pickup location 15 minutes early like the app recommended. Went through everything and got to the taking a picture of my drivers license. I took a picture of my license SEVERAL times and it would not go to the next step. The pictures were clear and legible. I finally got fed up and went in the the location at my pick up time. Brent was nice throughout the whole process, but he even had a problem with your program. He asked me if I wanted the SafeRide plan and I said yes. When I got the verification text it said I declined the SafeRide, but was still charged for it. He tried two more times and got the same result. Brent then looked at the contract and verified that I did in fact have the SafeRide coverage. He offered to print out the contract for me and I accepted. 25 minutes after my pick up time I was on the road. Brent was great to work with. Uhaul not so much.

Tom HI am not happy about having a smaller truck 10' vs. 17' and I am not happy that I had to go to Sterling vs. Prophetstown to get the truck. As a result, I had to spend more money overall due to more trips since it was a smaller truck as well as a farther distance for pick up and drop off. Can you please fix this?

Ella RAll 4 Tires looked to have plenty air in them, until I started loading the 6'x12' Cargo Trailer; 3 of the 4 tires had less than 25 lbs. psi., while the 4th had over 75 lbs. psi. Was required to stop loading, exit location and find an air pump that would supply 65 lbs.. psi. This took 1,5 hours and $3 worth of quarters before I could resume my task of loading. This is not a very professional way of renting-out equipment and expecting it to perform to its capacity intended.

Connie BCorporate needs to do a better job of rolling out phone software and getting dealers educated on its use. Spent 45 minutes trying to get the phone software to verify my order and get me out the door. They training they received was awful. Hove known them for a while and am convinced it was not the fault of the local dealer. Get your act together, please. I have used U-Haul for many years,
