Paris CoxI was not charged fairly. Unless some money is returned to me, as explained, I was charged far more even though I returned the vehicle Ling before it was due, no problem, and u had put in gas. I was charged far over the quote.

Akil GhimirayDriver's side view mirror was busted and unsafe with broken glass hanging on and I couldn't use it to help drive. It was also a very rough ride and probably the worst uhaul I've ever driven. It had no power to climb even the smallest of inclines and struggled just taking off.

MEL COOKThere was damage to the side of the uhaul that I saw on pickup. What I didn't see was the crack on the top right corner that allowed rain to get into the uhaul and damage my items.

karen banksOvercharged. I paid 29,95 for 6 hours. I used it within that time. Mileage is right and coverage fee is right. But why did he charge me a $25 cleaning fee? He said for not folding the blankets! They were not folded when I got them. I was planning on around 79 and it was $105.14. Never again will I go there. Nothing was said about rental tax of $7,6 either. Never again.

derrick walkerThe truck was dirty with dead leaves and I was charged a fuel charge even though I put more fuel in it than I used. I am greatly disappointed in the overall experience and lack of care.
Kristofer RogersLock for key release was old and jagged. It took almost 50 minutes to finally get through to customer service and get the key box to unlock. After slicing my hand open twice and my daughter slicing hers once, we got the raggedy lock opened. Customer service was zero help and had a poor attitude and couldn't care less that I lost a $200 deposit that was paid to movers who waited over an hour for me to arrive with the truck. It smelled like smoke and then you open the back and there is no utility dolly inside after paying for it when I reserved the Uhaul. By far the worst, most mismanaged, disorganized experience I've ever had. I will never rent from Uhaul again. Strongly suggest you find better signage so customers can locate key boxes, better locks so customers aren't injured and required to get tetanus shots, and find better customer service representatives.

tabitha whiteI registered online to use a truck from the Brentwood location for 9:30am. At 9:30am the online browser said I needed to wait till 10 am because that's when the location opened. As I check in to pick up the truck the person was taking long and asking questions that were already answered in my registration form. The way he asked the question made it seem I was adding on to what I paid for. He also said he was "confirming" but he didn't say anything from the information. That was on my registration. This process took so long I was 1 hour behind from where I needed to be. I did not receive the truck at 9:30am which I registered for. I received the truck at 10:30am.

Johnte CochranKeys were not available for the truck so I was unable to rent the truck. I was still charged and am told that the truck was driven 16 miles. I spoke to customer service on the day and told them that the keys were not there. I was told they would cancel the reservation. I was unable to get into the truck or drive it. I did not touch or move the truck. Overall bad experience as I was not able to use the truck and then on top of that I am being charged for it.

Julie HauckThe size truck that I confirmed was not there. The customer that had rented it out kept it an extra day so I had to do 2 loads. They did offer me a larger one but I was afraid to drive it.

Also there was some broken glass on the door jam when I picked it up and somehow I was charged a $25 cleaning fee. I have used other uhaul locations NUMEROUS times before without any issues. Not happy.
Meghan SicilianWe had bought some furniture from an estate sale, and our SUVs were not going to be large enough to get them. We had a narrow window to pick the items up. The Transit van was perfect, and it was really convenient to get. Brentwood Spirits handled the transaction very well, on both the front and the back side. I am really happy with the experience.
Gregory PopelkaYou can start with being an honest Company. I returned the Uhaul in the same condition it was picked up in. But your company charge me a cleaning fee. And double charge for Gas. I wouldn't recommend this Uhaul company to anyone. And plan to never use them again. I will make sure all my family and friends are aware.

Nicholas BrodziakAnd when it’s time to return it I don’t allow you to use your location to return it to the inside light will not come off like it when I was on my way to drop the U-Haul off we had to drive with the inside light on and I couldn’t figure out no type of way to turn it off but other than that it was convenient and you know I would rent from them again
Ronea GardnerMy experience here has been awful. First I would recommend having someone check the truck out correctly. I was told that I never return the truck. I brought the truck in 2 hrs before it was due. I handed the keys to the man behind the counter.I had trouble checking in and out on the online app.Second I would also recommend to have someone put down the accurate mileage used. They told me I used 99 miles on the truck. Which was a complete lie. I only used 22 miles.I will not use this uhaul location again. I lost my trust with this company.It's a good thing I had proof. I recommend the customer to take a before and after picture.
Peta-Gaye RomansTried to use the app to get the car, my two friend who were verifying me said the people that called just hung up as soon as they picked up which annoyed them. Then the app timed out or something because it kicked me out of the process. Went to log back in and said I wasn't close enough even though I was literally in their parking lot. Went into the store, they were great, got me set up right away. Will go back there, signing up via app was a frustrating waste of time.

DiAnna PetersonWe used the truck for 3 hours and only moved one couch within 20 miles of where we rented the truck. They charged us a cleaning fee! To clean what? We also put almost 30$ in the tank before we dropped it off and they charged us almost $50 for fuel. Will never use this location again.
CHRISTOPHER RUSHThe gas gauge on truck was not working so I went to put gas in when I was returning it and gas filled all over everything it was reading that it was a quarter tank low and I put $6 in in it and gas was spilling out all over the place so the gauge was off and then when I got in the truck again after putting the gas in it's still red a quarter tank low also there's a check engine light on
