No one there spoke english. Pick up direction on the lockbox were vague. Cramped and dirty location. Reserved a truck at the toms river route 37 location and it was switched by uhaul to brick which was extremely inconvenient. Truck was dirty and had less then a half a tank of gas in it.

It wasn't explained fully on how to do a puck up early on the day of moving. I went in to the location 4 days early to reserve the truck , I am not the greatest with using the computer or smart phone. I wanted to pay in person. They told me to do it through a notification on my phone. So I thought I did? So I showed up at 7:30 to get the key. And I didn't have the code? I called that morning and spoke to someone to walk me through this. This was very frustrating., Thinking I have done it on Wednesday. The woman was so nice that talked me through this. Although it held me up a half hour that morning. I feel the office people at the gas station could have told me this is what I had to do? Instead of just shooing me away and telling me a email would be sent. Otherwise I returned the truck before closing and put gas in. Thank you for having such a convenient location.

Told tank was half full. It was not. Filled it up to same level when I returned it (only went 13 miles) Was charged $12 for gas.

The location was great and staff were kind, but my overall experience with uhaul has been absolutely atrocious. I will NEVER use Uhaul again!!!! The night before I was planning a move to a new city, I received a phone call stating that my reservation which was at 9 am, was moved to noon which is EXTREMELY unprofessional and inconvenient to do the NIGHT BEFORE a move. I had made this reservation a week prior. I called and there were apparently no other trucks so they told me to come at 11:30am instead because a customer would be dropping off a truck at 11. 11:30 rolls by, then 11:45, then 12. The customer with the truck stated she wouldn’t be there to drop it off for another 2 hours. The woman at the desk was helpful and kind and told us she might be able to lend us a truck, but that instead of a one way trip, we’d have to bring it back to the same/ original location, which is an extra 2 hours of driving that was not planned for. I was told there would be no additional charges for this, and today I received a $56 charge on my credit card! It’s actually RIDICULOUS that all of this happened- and yet I am being charged EXTRA when the entire day was inconvenienced by Uhaul! I will NEVER use Uhaul again after this ordeal, and plan to write reviews on social media so others do not run into problems with extra fees and delayed moving times. Uhaul made an already stressful move 20 times worse than it needed to be! I CANNOT EXPRESS HOW HORRIBLE UHAUL MADE MY MOVE.

I had a slight issue with the documentation of the fuel when I return the truck it all worked out in your Regional or local rep contacted me immediately and it was resolved I was very impressed with the timeliness of his response and his resolution I will absolutely use U-Haul services and this location again thank you

Pre-ordered truck with appliance dolly, furniture dolly and 12 furniture pads. Arrived to be told no appliance dolly, or furniture dolly only small utility dolly and 6 pads. Had to hand move large furniture with no dolly. Brought truck back and put gas in at their station and still was charged for gas on final bill. Also was charged to charged for "cleaning" truck of $25.00. Avoid renting from this location.

Dont let me choose the equipment i want than when i get htere tell me you dont have it. WHEN I CALL TO CHANGE MY RESERVATION ACTUALLY LISTEN TO WHERE I WANT TO CHANGE IT TO, DONT DECIDE OF YOU SAID SUCH AND SUCH TOWN I WILL CHOOSE A LOCATION THERE. I SPECIFIED WHICH LOCATION IN THAT TOWN!!
