JOE SService (staff competent and helpful) was great. Equipment was old and pretty beat up. It worked and was mechanically functional but both trucks I have rented from this location were over 100 000 miles and showed it.
George SFirst time renting a 10' box. It was high mileage (105k) and showing it's age. The driver and passenger doors are hard to latch. Clunks into low gear when decelerating. I missed cruise control.
CLIFFORD GI don't like the Ram van at all. It's awkward to drive, the controls are strange, and it guzzles gas.
CLIFFORD GUnclear instructions about where the vehicle would be (was across the street from the 128 Bridge St location), as well as confusion about the location of the key (instructons stated black box #2 but there was not a black box #2 near where vehicle was stored; there was a uhaul/orange colored keybox #2 at the 128 Bridge St location, which was not where the vehicle was stored). The keybox itself was difficult to open. The location where the vehicle was stored was extremely messy visually, broken fences, litter and trash all over the place. The dolly was not inside the vehicle like ordered. The odometer was extremely difficult to access, it only displayed trip durations by default with no clear instructions on how to get the overall odometer mileage to display (which was required to take a picture of during vehicle return).

Andrew LBridge Road Auto is just the best UHaul location with friendly, quick service.
CLIFFORD GOverall it went fairly smoothly. No real complaints. The only one I might have is the billing was a bit vague. But once I spoke with Amanda she emailed me a detailed breakdown and then it all was clear to me. They probably should have given me a printout of the billing details when I returned the truck. So thinking about it, I will up my rating to above average.

Shayne MI reserved a vehicle and when I arrived I was told another customer had reserved it for after hours. Had to rent a larger truck at the larger truck rate.

Jeff GHorrible experience e overall; Equipment not available at preferred location drove 30÷ miles out of my way promised a free day never happened truck was dirty less than half tank of gas no blankets as requested. Original drop-off was wrong number could not get in touch. But one good thing was Matthew who helped me on Saturday afternoon found a drop-off location and the drop off location were equally as wonderful but that's because I had to clean the truck actually had food spills and trash all over the cab. Really not a good experience

BENJAMIN YTruck was a hazard and shouldn't be on the road. Took an extra day to arrive at our destination (luckily we found a hotel) because the condition of the front end prevented us from exceeding 55mph. Tires were bald, plugged twice…We were charged for extra fuel and an extra day rental at drop off because the drop off location didn't process the drop off until the next day.

Overall great demeanor - the other Salisbury location JOSH - stiffed me had piss POOR attitude - I've always used them but past two rentals they screwed me - Lisa was to resolve get me truck call me back never heard from her? Bridge Road my new go to for rentals - another customer stated same with Merril Street UHaul HORRENDOUS

Clifford GSadly, I wasted for incredibly frustrating hours trying to get their self-service check out service to work. Somehow during the 15 - 20 attempts (including chats and attempted phone calls etc) I was unable to get it to work. That, plus a nice visit by two policemen, was a very long night. The system kept saying they could not validate my identity. Seems the selfies they requested to go along with the photo of my drivers license didn't match up sufficiently. This system may be flawed - but it has been out since 2017, not sure why it hasn't improved. Perhaps i was in a bad cell zone or somehow fat-fingered my way into causing this to happen. But why the hell would people on CHAT hang up on me - and no one tried to call me (but one - and they never tried again) despite UHaul's telephone robot's frequent assurances that customer service would be back to me in forty minutes. Hope others have better luck than I did.
GEOFFERY DThe outgoing mileage was incorrect. However, the staff were able to correct the error, and with some delay I was properly billed. Otherwise the experience was very positive and the staff friendly and helpful.
Peter LFriendly and helpful staff, however vehicle only had a quarter of a tank of gas when we picked it up and it smelled heavily of cigarette smoke.
SUZANNE CThe truck had 1/4 tank of gas when I picked it up. I returned it with 1/4 tank. I had stopped at a nearby gas station and put gas in it prior to returning it. I then received an invoice from the Bridge Street, Salisbury, MA U-Haul dealer that included a charge for $11,5 for 2 gallons of gas. I called the dealer TWICE to dispute the charge, and though I was told both times that they would remove it, they never did. Very poor customer service and dishonest business practices.
MATTHEW CThe lock box was difficult to work and the website kept going down and the hold time was really high so we lost about 30 minutes on the rental
