Absolutely nothing we live in old town and we go all the way over to bridge to get it because of the customer service there. The gentleman is amazing and he's very very helpful. Merci.

I will highly recommend this location whenever I hear that someone is looking at renting a truck. The staff were very professional. Very happy with closing this location.

Anthony BYou need to have pickup trucks available at more locations. I had to drive nearly 20 miles and passed at least five U-Haul locations. None of them had pickup trucks.

Daniel A1) The truck was minimally clean. The floorboard could've been vacuumed or swept, because there are little particles everywhere. The inside of the truck could've been swept better. The windows were a little dirty inside. Bug splats on the windshield on the outside. 2) It would've been nice for the staff to make sure my mirrors were set properly to ensure safety, as they were impossible to set myself while sitting in the truck. He did help me, but after I had to call him back to the truck.

Benjamin EClear requirements for payment (needing a major credit card) and more than one person to help with renters. Took forever to check I'm rented pick up.
Jamesha Breturning the truck while the office was closed was a challenge. I had to make a long call and have a tech person figure out how to make the location service work to show I returned the truck. Next, there was no drop box for the key and the representative never told us where to put the key. He just said the instructions were in the brochure. We had to call Uhaul again to find out what to do. Finally, the owner's wife arrived back from errands and told us were were supposed to put the key in the truck and lock it.
