Prince SReserved a 16' truck. Only trucks at location were 12'. 16' truck was at location when I returned 12'. Poor timing on your part?

MARTHA BLocation called to confirm my rental but l, did not inform me of the cancellation of equipment. After inspecting the vehicle, I went back inside the store and asked about the dolly and appliance dolly. The staff then said "Oh I removed those items because they're not available at this location". That would've been nice to know the day before when I confirmed my pickup. I had to drive to another location to rent a dolly & appliance dolly separately.
Daniel GAn absolutely perfect experience renting a 20 ft truck at Bright Lumber. The woman that checked me in and out was courteous and very knowledgeable about the rental process. She properly explained the pricing and I was totally clear on what my cost was. The vehicle was easy to drive and allowed me to complete the move in a timely manner and got the truck back ahead of my expected time.
Al FBack of the truck had dirt everywhere when we got it. We swept out best we could , I got Charged extra $25 for a cleaning fee on other end. Not cool

Allison CThe remote process to obtain the key did not go smoothly and took much longer than expected. The key was not in the lockbox and we had to wait for someone at the pick up location to give it to us. Hold time for customer service at U-Haul is too long. Also the dolly we rented was not on the truck. Otherwise all went well.

Brian DTook 30 mins to pick up the vehicle. My reservation/contract was cancelled and deleted from the system whole I had the van in my possession, which led to not being able to return it properly. I waited on hold with customer service for over an hour and was finally told my money would be refunded/I would not be charged upon returning the van, but the rep I spoke with made no note of it in the system, so nothing was done about it the next day.
Joel TFrom the time I called to confirm the trailer, through pickup of the equipment, nobody knew anything, nobody could do anything, they never dispatched the trailer to me properly, I was charged for a dolly I didn't rent, on and on. After that I got a call from your traffic office and spent another 45 minutes on the phone talking about the trailer to someone who clearly didn't understand what a trailer is.
Anthony DI picked my U-Haul truck up not knowing that it was not clean inside I had my friends help me load the U-Haul they had dirt from inside the U-Haul tracked all over my carpet I almost lost the sale of our home

MARIE FIt wasn't the location it was the TERRIBLE online check in. I could not get the online check in to work no matter what I did I finally had to go into the store Uhaul called me and had to close everything out on there end and the store employee had to check me out so what is the point of having online checking if it doesn't work. It took me over an hour to get the uhaul truck that was already paid for. I was completely disgusted. So my experience was terrible with your company. And my original pick up was for the U-Haul in Marlborough and then I was called and told the only place they had the truck I needed was in new Egypt why do you rent trucks that you don't have at certain locations but you said you do on your website.

Maritza KThe man who helped me at the location acted like he did not want to help me. He told me I had to do it all online and he took off elsewhere in the store so when I completed the check in online I asked him if he needed anything else and he told me no and that the key was on the counter. Before I left I asked him about the blankets that I had ordered and he threw in 3 recyclable ones and not the moving ones I ordered. I did not notice until I was gone. The truck had mud caked inside and out. It was on the steering wheel and seats and the floor board was just covered. I had to wipe it down before I could get in and finish cleaning it when I got to the location that I was going to be loading. It smelled like cigarettes on the inside so I purchased an air freshener to make it smell better. He never came out with me to check the trucks condition. When I called in to ask for a refund for the blankets I didn't get I was told that it showed I still hadn't picked up the truck. Two transfers later I finally got that taken care of. I would never send anyone to that location.

KATHERINE CThe uhaul size we wanted was not available and we had to drive fairly far to pick it up. We came in from out of town so it was inconvenient. The biggest problem was the uhaul had no ramp. We were not informed of that and didn't find out until we started loading large furniture..appliances which ended up not fitting..not happy at all with this past experience. I don't think this had to do with the person at the location..it was uhaul itself

PAUL BThe truck required power steering fluid to be added and still lost power steering on the trip. They tried to add power steering fluid to ensure I would not have any issues and they were very friendly and helpful.
