An adult never came to check us in it was a young kid. I put fuel in it . But I still got charged $ 62.50. For fuel and a service fee.

I would like to get my deposit back. The trailer was turned in on March 8, and I have yet to receive the deposit. Today is 6 days later.

Trailer was dirty on the outside, had small dent that did not have an x on the right front, and had black mildew from being under trees. The inside had dirt that remained from a previous incomplete sweeping out.

I made my reservation online for a 1 day truck and dolly rental so I expected things to go smoothly but no. Prior to my scheduled pick up I received a call from a woman stating that my reservation had been received however they did not have the 10' truck that I had requested and asked if I was okay using a 20' one instead. I said okay.....when I arrived I had expected everything to be ready but it was as if I hadn't made a reservation at all. The owner (I'm assuming) had a second business washing and detailing cars and the woman I spoke to was a remote worker. They whispered back and forth on the phone for about 15 minutes regarding my reservation. The woman on the other end had no idea how to complete my reservation and the owner was trying to coach her while visibly frustrated. It was an uncomfortable experience as I was standing a few feet away while they discussed my reservation. Finally the owner called me over to speak to the woman myself from his personal cell phone and walked away to tend to his other business . This was uncomfortable as well considering I had to use someone else's phone. The woman proceeded to ask me all the same questions that I answered on my reservation and my check in. When I asked if she could see any of my responses she rudely repeated the questions as if to say I had to answer them again. Then she wanted phone numbers for 2 family members which I thought was strange and she called every single one of them only to tell me that they had not answered the phone and she needed to speak to one before continuing my pick up. Turns out she wanted to verify my identity and aske them questions about why I needed a UHAUL.... that was off putting to me because why would she need that information from my family members l... finally after 40 minutes I got the truck and tow. My next complaint is that the truck was not properly serviced prior to me receiving it. Halfway to my destination the truck started having transmission problems and I just prayed we would make it back safe (we did thankfully). Finally icing on the cake 3 days later after charging me the first time, they add a second charge. When I called to dispute it, a UHAUL representative told me that they added the second charge because I used the equipment for 3 days!!! I only used it for 1 and returned it same day.... thankfully the representative was able to give me that money back but I can't believe they made an error that large. Don't rent from here, I would never come back and I will warn every single person I know not to go here either...

It took longer than expected to get equipment considering I did everything online prior to picking it up

First I requested a 10'truck, two weeks ahead of time indicated. Then I went to Cobb's u haul on the date required, and they had no truck. The owner called u haul , said they drop the ball, no truck. Then they sent me to Britt's nine miles almost in cottondale, fl. They gave me a 15' truck with not a 10' available. Cost me more miles and gas in my personal vehicle. I requested a 10' truck., I drove the truck all the way to mt Dora florida with no accidents ,a full tank of gas ,clean to Smitty's auto the return was in the evening of June the23 at about 6 pm. Spoke to the mgr to make sure of the right drop off. I strongly spent money I could not afford for the truck. U haul didn't carry through with this deal. I am therefore requesting a difference of $54 dollars refunded to me. This was a total inconvenience to me and a will personally post this experience on Facebook and not recommend u haul to my church and friends. A poor way to do business! I would like a refund sent to my address 6966 club circle, mt Dora fl 32756 by the July the 1, 20. Please refund this to make my experience a plus ,or I will post this experience. Thank you for a bad costly experience.

I will say this location was quick and easy, but I was not informed of the additional fuel charges or shown a contract at all stating those terms, being I paid for the mileage and didn't use much fuel. Being charged an additional $68 for a fill up I was not informed of or expecting at all wasn't very nice.

Although we dropped off after hours, the location was easily acceptable and clean. We had trouble with the app, it could not find our location, had to call for help. Took about an hour to finally finish the drop off.
