helen nThe final bill was a surprise. As a corporate member, we expected a more reasonable rental bill. The final mileage adjustment was far more costly then we were led to believe when we rented the truck.

MITCHELL FI cancelled my reservation at Tulane store after reading the reviews, place sounds like a nightmare. The reviews for the Broad Warehouse location were amazing and I can see why. Warren the owner was so helpful and really nice guy. I highly recommend this location.

Tara TI reserved a truck on-line four days ahead of move. The morning before the move, the location manager called to say they could not honor my reservation. As it was for the Friday of Labor Day weekend, I knew I wouldn't be able to get one anywhere else in the area. I called Corporate and a couple hours later my reservation was confirmed. Everything else was smooth and professional.
