Trucks shocks were bad. Horrible ride, bouncing, vibration, and overall very uncomfortable ride over bumps. Truck out of alignment as well pulling hard to the right.
Howard WrightI had issues with the 'self serve' pick up online. Customer service via phone was very helpful. I would suggest advising customers to use Google browser. My alternative browser seems to have been the issue.
Lee ReedI understand bad weather can cause havoc but please try keep parking lot areas free of ice while picking up the vehicles.

DHAN SARKIPickup on a Saturday when I could have all 9 people to assist was horrible. IT IS YOUR, WEBSITE, NOT THE PICK UP LOCATION!!! THAT WAS THE PROBLEM!!!!
ROBERT THEISSI haven't found anything that needed improved, my experience with this company was great. Robyn had the truck and dolly ready to go when I arrived. Robyn is very nice, friendly and has everything in order so it's easy pick up and easy return. Thank you Robyn for the excellent service.

Matthew ThompsonBob and Robyn are both great! They had my truck ready and the dollie was already in the back. I needed the truck an extra day at the last minute and called to see if it was available. Robyn checked and it was still available, Robyn put me in for the extra day. I dropped off the truck after hours, dropped the key in the secure box. It was so easy. I received the ending receipt in my email. It's really nice working with Bob and Robyn, they are really nice people and they will do what they can to help you. This is an all star location ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Justin JonesThe cell service is horrible. I wasted over an hour trying to use the app here, receiving and returning the truck. There should be wifi at the very least. The truck sounded like a '79 Ford pick-up with an exhaust leak.
JASON LAUTRUPOverall, very confusing/frustrating process. I called multiple Uhaul locations to ask questions,get rates, and get things set up. Plans ended up having to change because of my pick up location being changed, total pricing was unclear, and I still am unsure of how much I was actually supposed to be charged. I might have done things differently if I had clear expectations/rates but this was not the case and made the whole experience very confusing/frustrating. This was my first time needing to rent a Uhaul and it left a bad taste in my mouth.
Jesse LevinoThe 24/7 mobile check-in was a disaster. I was not able to see what was required for check-in until I got to the location at the designated pick-up time. I was asked to upload many documents and information on the spot, such as a phone number that U-Haul would need to call to verify as my emergency contact, or my passport, which I did not have on me! I had to do this all with poor Internet connection, because the Verizon cell service in that area was poor. So, I just gave up, and waited 45 min for the U-Haul office to open at 9am. The woman there was super helpful. 10/10 for the in-person care and experience. 1/10 for the online check-in.
Zachary JoachimI get more charge then in contact, I need to pay 82 dollars but they take my 125 dollars with no reason. I put returns at after 6 hours in the drop up box's But they charge of 24 hours with 125 dollars They take more from my credit cards.
Dil BasnetAgent was very helpful (female / didn't remember her name), when I needed the truck after hours and I'm not experienced enough with smart phone to do the account setup, upload pictures etc. She offered an alternate plan. Your rates, compared to Penske are very good. Thanks for a good experience.

James LoweryPoor customer service. I ordered over a month ago an appliance dolly and this location removed it from my reservation without so much as a call or email to let me know. Then uhaul wanted me to drive out of my way and pay them additional money in mileage and waste my time when trying to move to get it from someone else. I will not recommend uhaul or this location to anyone.

Geoffrey HenrichsBob on duty, was outstanding. But that's not the location I was suppose to pickup the truck. It was total of 40 miles out of my way. Even thought I reserved my truck in advance, I was informed the night before that the place I reserved it from did not have it and my pickup location was moved. This is unexpected and not acceptable, but what to do when you planned this move in advance. I appreciated that fact that they upgraded the truck, but when gas pricing are so high, all it did was cost me more on gas, especially when I had to drive an extra 40 miles. I did call the Columbus dispatch number to confirm why a truck is not available, all they kept saying there are non available.

KAREN THOMPSONThe quoted price was wrong. I ended up paying over $200 more than what was quoted as being the final price. I ended up paying almost as much as I would have if I had paid a company to move my house for me. So what was the point? They don't even offer military discounts and customer service was terrible.

Jeanne BowersAfter hearing about all the hidden or surprise fees and horrible experiences some have experienced, I didn't know what to expect when I had to rent a small truck. Luckily my experience was very good. I told them how long I would need the truck, and about how many miles I expected to drive and they gave me an estimate of the complete final price. When I returned the truck, I was pleasantly surprised that the final bill was within $7 of the estimate. The staff was also very friendly and I would not hesitate to rent from them anytime in the future.
James HopeThe ap didn't work. The emails didn't work. I was logged into Wi-Fi on my car. I spent hours trying to get the online rental to work. What a disaster. I will NEVER rent online again. If it weren't for Bob from this location answering the phone on Sunday I would be without a moving van. U-Haul needs to get it's program together. I spent two plus hours on hold trying to complete the rent al on a dang truck. I cannot stress enough how awful it was to think I wouldn't have a truck on moving day.
