We cleaned the truck and returned it the same night. We only moved 9 miles round trip and we're charges 77 dollars. I didn't receive a receipt telling me what the extra charge was for. I am very upset that they charged my credit card without sending me a receipt of explanation

The roof of the truck leaked terribly. Most of my things got wet while driving through rain. A couple pieces are now damaged. Not the location's fault at all.

Owner was there and very helpful. He wasn't even fully opened yet but took time to get me taken care of very quickly! Great experience!

I rented this to pull a car that was not running and thought I could jack car up n lower onto Dolley. But was not able to. So turned around n drove back 1,5 miles back to station and returned item aprox 50 min later. Was not offered any type of reimbursement or discount. So I guess I should have keep it the 24 hours then returned dolley. DISAPPOINTED

I arranged for my vehicle to be picked up in Norman. When I arrived, I was advised. They didn't have the vehicle. I had to drive to this location upon arrival. The gentlemen there were short and imperfessional. Seemed like they're reading off a script. Had the truck backed into a small space next to their building Which made it almost impossible to walk around and look at before I left which I wish I could have, because I would have noticed that the trailer was packed full of mud, causing it to be unstable and unsafe to pull that the ramps that you drive the car up on the toe with were damaged from prior use, and I would require heavy duty tools later. Down the road to fix it just to use it. After these 3 things without even getting to use the truck happening. I was already mad then when I get to Colorado to drop it off. They charged me another day's fyeah. After not disclosing that I would have to be dropping a vehicle off on the 5th day at the same exact time. I picked it up not the end of day which is on paperwork. Nobody cares at this place nobody tries and everybody Lies. I Don't care if it cost me double I will never ever use this again.

Left chain hooked up and told me I was good to go. If your going help then do a good job not 50 %.

The trailer was dirty. The floor creaked with every step. Anytime you braked more than lightly, the braking system on the trailer would slam on and off making it hard to keep under control. Had a taillight out as well. Worst trailer rental experience I have ever had.

Truck had high mileage and felt very wobbly and I had reserved unlimited but was only given 30 miles.

No avaliable 15ft trucks to go out of town. The ones that were available were for intown use only.

Nothing at all. Customer service was exceptional and everyone was very professional. Would highly recommend this business for anyone moving and needing this type equipment. Thank you to all involved with my rentals. Well done guys!

My experience was fast, easy, and I can't think of anything Rodney and his staff could have done or could do improve it. 5 star experience all the way.

Not open...was confusing at first. I found the Dropbox with instructions finally. Very crowded and limited places to leave the equipment.

I did not realize that they auto populate a furniture dolly and pads. I told the guy in the store that the only thing I needed us the utility dolly and nothing else. But when I went to load the truck the other dolly and pads were still in there and I was charged an extra $17 for something I did not need and stated that I did not need.

I had no idea I had to specify that I would be dropping off at another location and you charged me 400 plus dollars... why would you not ask the person. Not everyone rents Uhauls and knows the ins and outs. I did it as a favor for my nephew who needed to move from one town to another across the state. Even online didn't ask me.

Customer advocate needs improvement of informed customer service with the extra fees that was apply , such as the deposit added to the fee that was not mentioned online reservation That was my main concern

improve the check in process; there is really no need to take 10 photos of the truck upon return. That's what the inspection process should include on the outgoing rental and for the incoming rental location, not the rentee.

The equipment had a ver bad tire and it blew up on the highway! The dealer should have had a good visual inspection done prior to rent it out! It could have caused serious damage to people, because of this I was stranded for 6 hours on the turnpike waiting for roadside assistance to exchange the wheel.

Great service at this location, and on the phone to U haul. Per usual, the extra fees like the environmental fee of $2, and the over generous $5+ per gallon if you're under on fuel (I don't really agree with the 5 gallon assessment, see now you've overestimated the amount AND you gouge on the price), but like I said that's par for the course for uhaul and should be expected. But this location is great and in general the service from u haul is great, but it's always more than you think.

There was no one there at 2:00 pm on a Saturday? Felt like I did all the work to return the truck - kept getting texts to do more and more things...then links were inactive

everything was awesome, friendly group of workers. Ron and James? were very helpful. There was a 3rd guy there but didnt get his name. He got my trailer hooked up for me.

The truck looked like it had never been cleaned, there was tobacco dip in the drink holders, spilled soda on the door. The headlights were so dim it was potentially dangerous to drive at night.
