MICHAEL Lthese people are thieves. made me wait over 20 min without acknowledging me, and acted inconvenienced when I advised I had a return. They made us back the trailer in a tiny spot and unhitch by ourselves. I dropped it off at 12:18 on 1/5 and took a picture because i knew they were shady and something would go down. Sure enough they said didn't return until 1/10 and I was charged $28. I want my money back and I have called customer service and provided the picture with the metadata showing the drop off time and the location. I will never use U-Haul again due to these methy redrednecks. Get better companies for a return location.

SHARON AI guess my only complaint is today I only needed the uhaul for 4 hours, was charged a full 19,95 plus 15;for the insurance... I feel I shouldn't have been charged the whole 19,95 plus 15 for insurance, when I only it used it for 4 hours and didn't have to have it back until 12 noon the next day. .and there is no breaks on the mileage...your man David was a nice guy but I feel I spent more then I should have.. for having it only 4 hours for today I shouldn't have been changed the full price
