Forrest GI like the fact that the pick up location was near and convenient, and also fast to pick up. The truck takes take start like if it's not starting, and make a rattle laud noise most of the time Anyway, I'm very disappointed the fact, I just checked my receipt, and found out I was charged $25 for cleaning fee.. no way. I returned it clean, I have a picture of it! Need that charge back to my card please

James WCustomer service was unacceptable cashier was dishonest about the price and tried to get me to give him 100$ in cash to rent the truck at first before I told him that sounded like false information also he to me to bring the truck back with the same amount that I left in which was a quarter tank of gas . I returned the truck with more then a quarter of gas I took pictures of the gas and mileage before and after the return photos and the cashier to me the truck wasn't at a quarter tank and as if my card will be charged extra but clearly the tank was beyond a quarter tank and I feel like the guy is a bad representation for your company… very disappointed with the service that was provided…

tiwana pCheck your trucks the transmission was slipping in the truck that I had. Other than that no complaints.
Anna YI experienced a small issue with a tire but it was eventually fixed and taken care of. He company and especially the manager DAVE was phenomenal about making things right and taking care of my after the problem with the tire. I cannot stress enough how delightful, personable and caring Dave was with my problem, experience and overall satisfaction. He took care of everything and is a huge reason, along with the company fixing what was wrong, why I will not only come back to U-Haul again but also recommend them. Thanks for everything from start to finish!

Tatiana TMessi assigned me the wrong size truck, did not explain correctly what level to return the gas tank to, and failed to include the dolly in my transaction. After transaction, he asked me for $7 cash for the dolly, I abided.
Mark DMake sure the truck is swept clean before getting it. And make sure i get my receipt on time. I have still not gotten it as yet.
Zibeon PYour system tried to charge me for gas when I replaced thw gas back to the level it belonged. As well as a extra day..took almost 40 minutes to resolve...So annoying

No need to put gas in the vehicle bc there won't be any gas in there when you get the vehicle from the lot!!!! This truck was completely a waste of $57 and the $20s for gas I had to put in the van in order to drive off!!! Never again will I use this service! Mike was horrible!

andrea aThis is not a good location for getting equipment. Roads in the area are in bad shape and not great for pulling an empty trailer. Also, it is a gas station with only one employee so he had to complete my rental while dealing with the customers.

Crystal RTo be fair, I think this was their first uhaul transaction, and they were on the phone with a uhaul support person nearly the entire time, so I'm not sure which person was the bottleneck. However, it took almost an hour to get through the check in process and significantly delayed my moving timeframe. I'd specifically chosen an early pickup time to try and move while it was still cool outside, which was nixed because of the delay. I also requested insurance when I reserved the truck online. After I thought we'd finally finished the check in, the link I then received said I did NOT get any insurance. I then needed to go back in and clarify that I wanted whichever option I'd requested when I reserved. The attendant got the support person back in the phone to help make the update, they told me they just transitioned to a new system and he couldn't find the place on his screen to make the change. I said I was already running late and had to get going, and he told me he'd just add a note to my contract about the insurance. Didn't exactly boost my confidence that it was taken care of, but luckily I didn't have any incidents. The truck was clean and ran great, even had a little extra gas than was noted so that was a nice touch. Also convenient that this location is a gas station so you can fill up if needed.
