This was NOT the original reservation pick up point, I guess Uhaul doesn't understand what reservation means.

I rent with U-Haul on a monthly basis; the people at this location are friendly and helpful. I used to have difficulty renting a cargo van, but now they are more available--Thank You! Would like to also have a 10-footer on occasion! This is the only location convenient for me. And again, the folks there are great! Merci!
EUGENE HThey were closed and they forgot to add in furniture dolly which meant I had to go 2 different locations to gelt it. I paid for movers and l needed to losing 3 hours of 4hrs.

justin fThe location through the app did not work so I was late checking in the truck. I tried the location button on the bottom of the app and that worked but when I was returning the truck, it wasn't picking up my location. I know it's only one mile but I used exactly 40 miles and have a picture of the mileage and gas but was charged for a mile I didn't use. It's only 0,99 extra but that's not what I parked the truck with.

URSULA CI won't EVER rent from Uhaul again. The pick up location was amazing. The drop off was not!! The lady was rude on the phone today and they charged me a fuel charge after I put the truck back on the amount of gas it had at pick up. NEVER again. I am a single, honest mom and every penny of my money counts.

joe lThe truck was in good shape and the interior was mostly clean except when I pulled down the center arm rest, clearly not cleaned. There were some bed rails left in the truck that I was told were my problem, I left them there when I dropped it off

Thomas EAttendant was rude, I did specify her to use my lock key facing down and she installed key hole up and I just couldn’t open the lock and she just walked away from me and said that the Uhall in Florida would figured out how to remove the lock… luckily the owner of self lock storage was kind enough to cut my key so I would be able to remove the lock and he also noticed that the cable harness was cut and he called the Uhall agent to bring another cable harness so the light would work on the trailer.

David CI feel like I was overcharged. I moved from Alabama in January I paid 345 with a deposit of $100 included I paid 151 when I got the truck and additional 273 when I returned it. I'm trying to see why it was high and I was in state. But I will never rent another one.

JAMES PWell it was a very good experience with the drop location and use of the vehicle my issue occurred when I returned the truck it was during the gas crisis and couldn't find any gas for miles. I called the 1800 number talked to rep that reassured me that all would be taken care of. Upon receiving the bill the gas issue wasn't resolved and I still was charged for moving pads I didn't get. I called a rep again with the receipt and was told I needed to await a call from a district manager?... If the customer service representative is the only contact with customers she or he should be able to adjust bills and accommodate clients. Not send them to 2 more people I didn't get the call from another manager but did get a accurate bill and will continue using u-haul for all my needs. I also would like to start a corporate account if possible. Merci.
