richard jLocation is too small for after hours drop off. The three trucks there filled all the space and there was not enough room to maneuver a pickup truck with a tandem trailer attached.

ashley hDidn't check to see if trailer brakes worked, only told me to turn on my flashers. I pull a stock trailer very often and always check my turn signals and brake lights, so this was unacceptable. Office wasn't very clean. The location was out of the way. I had chosen another location and was switched to this one. It involved driving 15 miles out of my way round trip, on top of the 15 miles into town each way to pick up the trailer. I would expect this in a big city, not a little town. Also, I chose a drop off location when I made the reservation, but he asked me where I wanted to drop it off. I wasn't sure, as I am unfamiliar with the area I moved to.
Deborah SThe only problem I had was the person I spoke to over the phone prior to drop off (Meagan). I felt like she was abrupt and on the original call did not give me enough information (I was dropping off on a Sunday and Bruce Tiner Storage was closed - she did not inform me that I could just leave the trailer without checking in with an employee. This should be something everyone should be informed about. I did not like the way she talked to me over the phone - she sounded too abrupt and that to me is rude.
John HI was given sebwral different places to pick up the U Hall and then the place we went to was closed because the man running it had open heart surgery. Had to wait over an hour to get my truck.

JAMES CI did not chose this location when making my reservation. I chose the U-Haul rental place that was on Austin Street in Brownwood. We got there and the woman had no idea what I was talking about. Finally, we found out that the truck was at this other location that was nearly 10 MILES away. I was NOT happy!!!
Dillon PBruce Tiner,; has still yet to give us back a parcel refund from the $100 and we only put 14 to 18 miles and I put the same gas back in/same as I left.. Bruce is acting as I never gave him any $ and doesn't want to refund some of the money that is owned to my wife and myself.. He is a thief and ripp-off... He is robbing U-Haul."Honestly "" ????

MICHELLE WI thought rental prices were about 40$-$50 per day as advertised, but my charges were over $250 for two days. Otherwise everything was excellent.

GEORGE HThis was not the orignal pick up place for the truck. It was 20 miles one way further than the orignal pick up location we selected. The owners of this u-haul location were very nice and accomodating.
