Can't thank him enough for his service! I thought the trailer I rented would be big enough to move my stuff but once I seen the trailer in person I was so wrong but he got me in the one I needed. Very helpful, quick, professional and generous! Would definitely recommend this location to anyone!

Thomas MLocation had a known issue with mobile pickup and drop off, making it a big hassle to get the vehicle in a timely fashion. I am unlikely to use U-Haul again because of this, especially since I could not get ahold of customer service to assist with the issue. The location manager is aware of the issue so perhaps a resolution for the issue can be achieved to prevent future customers from canceling reservations and seeking another rental option.

Rebecca LThis place is filthy and the gas fumes are horrible in there. I think they 'tried' to help, but in the long run, did not help. I was very nice and tried hard to smile and get along, but when I would leave, I would nearly be in tears. Really, this was a horrible experience overall. I had to switch trucks twice. The second time my husband and I couldn't not get the trailer to hook up to our hitch, which the guy told us it was universal and would fit. We called him after hours because we had to leave early in the morning, and he was fishing and would not help us at all to get a different hitch. So my husband had to buy a new hitch and wrenches it took to switch it out. Then the trailer fit. The guy at Bryon's small engine repair did not offer a refund for our purchases. In the beginning, he did not even look at our truck and hitch to make sure it would all fit. I was terribly disappointed! This was the Worse 1st and last experience I will ever have with U-haul. I had to call the 800 number multiple times. Each time I was on hold no shorter than 40 minutes. One time I was on hold well over an hour. Not user friendly. One guy I talked to wasn't even a technician or whatever, helper. He was an office guy. He got me even in deeper despair. I hope all of this was recorded and you listen to all my calls. I'm sorry to say, I will never use U-haul ever again. Tlg6

I had to drive from Marshall to the location above to get a truck due to the fact my reservation with Teels Auto Body Shop a employee rented my 26' truck out so therefore I am asking for a reimbursement for the mileage, gas and time we had to do in order to move from Marshall MO to Richmond MO. I should never been charged the kind of charges you did to me.

brenda cAfter calling in 3 times to the Uhaul Rental, thinking I had one rented, then finding out I had no confirmation and no one could answer me as to why, I gave up and walked into this rental store. SO happy with the service here, I had my Uhaul rented in 15 minutes!! Easy check in and drop off. If you live in Johnson County this is the place!!
