The location was Amazing tho, easy to find, clean, and the people there was more than happy to help me get my key & tell me how to return it as this is the first time I've ever used a hauling service. Good for them!

BUBBY'S SI only used this u haul for 3 hrs. I recently put my house up for sale and am slowly moving things out. I don't understand why you don't refund the safe move insurance you charge when the truck is returned in perfect condition. I will still need it again, but not if it cost $15 more each time.
marleen gThe staff was very friendly and personable. Most of the things in the truck didn't work, the worst thing was not being able to adjust the mirrors. Very hard to drive/park like that. The shocks were not good, so it was a very bumpy ride, not what you want when moving things even strapped down.

Brennan DYou need to put a jack on the tongue of this trailer! I am a small woman & I had a heck of a time trying to get unhitched by myself!! If I wouldn't have had a big screwdriver & a small bottle-jack in my truck, I would have had to try to flag someone down to help me get it unhitched! And that's not exactly the safest thing to do in this day & age. Jacks are not that expensive...especially compared to a lawsuit if someone would hurt themselves un-hooking the trailer. They could drop the tongue on their foot or hurt their back trying to lift the thing off the ball. A trailer jack only costs something like $40-$60. Cheap @ twice the price, when you compare it to someone getting hurt! You spent all that $$ on the fancy breakaway system on the tongue & make a big point of requiring the dealer to take a picture of the safety cables after the trailer was hitched up....but something as simple as having a trailer jack is too expensive? Come on UHaul - get it together!

Garry KI had this set up for 24/7 pickup where they text you the code for keys. I arrived at my 8am pickup time and logged in my account for contactless pick up. It changed it to waiting two more hours until the carry out business opened. I had ppl waiting to help me and they had to sit and wait. The guy just didn't see the reservation type and tried to blame me. I showed him my emails and texts that confirmed I was supposed to have 24/7 and he just brushed it off. Must be nice to just shrug things off as whatever and blame the customer.
