The person who took my license and credit card did not review my invoice which in turned he added a charge of $32 for safe tow. He was not very professional and did not same anything besides processing the information. In addition, when I turn in the cargo trailer his dog snapped at me. I do not believe that a retail store should have dogs wondering around when clients comes. When I contact him after I reviewed my email after I dropped off the trailed he stated that we had to contact at 630.405.7455
Joseph DU-Haul's orporate coordination and website need major improvement. Individual sites were pleasant and highly helpful to work with, including the ones I was sent to by corporate in error.

Brian FWhere do I begin. Two days prior to my reservation my pick up location changed. When I picked up the truck the attendant did not check my ID nor any card. He just gave me the keys and said it's the only one out there your good to go. Once I start the truck I notice it's on absolute empty, 40 miles to e and the gas lights on. I go talk to the attendant and confirm the gas level is documented. He assured me it was. I then proceed to a gas station and put 120 in gas. I then get notice my drop off location changed and I am no being charged over a 100 dollars more than my reserved price. My experience was a nightmare and I will never be using your company again or suggesting it. Horrible experience
Joseph KThe truck was clean, but the maintenance of the truck was sub par. The right front tire was wearing badly and not aligned causing the truck to pull the entire drive. A couple hours down the road we stopped at a truck stop and the tire needed 10 lbs of air.
Karen RNot park the trailers in the mud. Did a walk around and sank in the mud and covered my shoes and got wet feet

dick wI wasn't offered a receipt for the drop off. I did eventually receive one in my e mail but felt I should have been given a verification receipt at the time I dropped the vehicle and trailer off. Maybe just me being uneasy about dropping this off without proof. Since I don't do this often maybe this is standard practice of rentals. Otherwise the person who waited on me was pleasant.

Russell TThe owner of the location went above and beyond to rectify my problem, via a telephone conversation, when my pickup location had been changed due to availability. Since I was informed via a recording that UHaul is closed on Sunday! Long story short, I was moved to a location which was NEVER open on Sunday (my pickup day). UHaul reps need to be more aware of details when changing locations.

Magdalena zThe business that we were supposed to drop off the truck was closed. We called the phone number several times and got a recording for another business. There was no signage for the dropbox for the keys. It was located in the back of the building which I found this out by asking a nearby business. The signage is terrible for this location.
Tina HTruck was brought around to me with the windshield iced up. I asked I they have a scraper or anything the answer was no. So I had to wait for heaters to melt it and I'm sure your wiper blades took a beating during all this.

Bruce HI returned it on Sunday at 4:30 PM but the invoice shows I returned it on Monday morning. This is confusing. Anything to get another day's charge on the invoice I suppose. 2 Day rental turned into a 3 day for the sake of billing.
Richard ABusiness owner has dogs that are in his furniture store. Both dogs approached and were licking my legs while I was at the counter. Business owner did help me hook up to the auto transport, which was helpful. However the lack of restraint of the dogs was distracting and disturbing.

Ryan RThe one thing that was alarming - the man at the store hooked up the trailer to my truck and sent us off. He never cautioned us to check the lights . The trailer was backup into a fence so would not have been able to see. We didn't think about checking - when we got home the rear door of the trailer was up and a dolly was inside - luckily it did not fall out during our drive. I admit that's on us too- but not pulling too many trailers in the past we just assumed it was closed

John CTypical bait and switch scheme. I ordered online the smallest trailer available (5x7). They offered for $14,95 + $8 insurance. Called me after order to let me let me know they would be giving me a larger 5 x 8 for the same price but pickup was changed to Budget Appliance. When I pickup and.after arguing about the wrong rate and a call to main office they again, agreed to the reduced rate. Dropped off the trailer 4 hours later, much earlier that the agreed end of day. Got the bill late the next night and they charged me DOUBLE the lower daily rate!!! As if I didn't drop off the trailer until the end of the following day, just so they can get the original rate they wanted.
Steven VWe made our Uhaul reservation a month and a half in advance. The day before we were picking up, I got a call that our truck was not available at our preferred location. We had to pick it up farther away. Got there on the the day and they didn't have our reservation. Not sure what happened but wasn't happy about that at all!
Lori EI dropped my rental at 2 pm lady on the counter told me i will check you out and will send you reciept thru email. I got reciept for checkout at 4,25 pm and charged 20$ extra for after time check out.

David CFor improvements I highly recommend for your 6x12 trailers that you put a jack on the front of it. The trailer I rented did not have that jack and to try and lift it to get it hitched is hazardous and could cause serious injury. Also, even though that trailer sat very low so as to make loading easier it was still difficult to load heavy objects into the back of it. I recommend ramps for this. Other than that the customer service was fantastic and they answered all my questions. I would recommend them again

Richard AThere was quite a bit of snow on it that I had to remove before loading my vehicle; that's the "clean" part above. The trailer was the usual high quality. I don't know if I am being unreasonable or not. It wasn't a really bog deal but it seemed like a safety issue for me loading my car on it. I kind of expected to be able to grab it and go. Remind him to test the lights before people drive off. He forgot.
Theodore CAlex, Alla and Daisy were very friendly and accommodating. Alex even guided me back to the hitch. Then he quickly hooked up the trailer and checked to be sure all of my signal lights were working properly. Drop off was just as convenient and easy. Thank you very much Merry Christmas to your wonderful family.
