They were funny and engaging. It is very uncommon to hear laughter and happy people at their place of employment. Hand down this is the place to rent from. Thank you for a great experience.

Cheryl UI wanted to drop off the U-Haul in person, just to be sure I wasn't going to have any surprise charges. When I arrived, there was a note on the office door saying the person was out, would return shortly, and provided a phone number for assistance. After waiting for over 10 minutes, I called the number & got the storage company, not U-Haul. They transferred me, but didn't get much help. I called AGAIN, and this time U-Haul must've called, because a man comes flying up in a golf cart, gets out and hurriedly gets the key to check out the U-Haul. NOT friendly in the least and was put out that I had interrupted him. I realize this is a storage facility that also handles U-Hauls, but if you can't be available during office hours, don't take it out on me when I arrive during those hours. Next time define "will be back shortly" because his definition is certainly different than mine. Who knows how long I would've waited if I didn't contact U-Haul. The whole process took well over 30 minutes, and it should've taken 5.

David REvery truck is dirty, in the cab and box. Last reservation I returned 3hrs late, was charged two days for it. Every time I try to call the facility to inform you of a change in my reservation like that it goes to a call center that is no help whatsoever. Wipe down trucks, eliminate call center, and treat a repeat business customer with a little break from time to time is all I ask.

Donald ESuper helpful and knowledgeable manager of this Storage Facility--especially sine the UHaul was completely non-functional. This gentleman took care of things the old fashioned way, and had my wife and I on our way in a matter of a few minutes. What a huge difference from pick-up experience.

Benjamin GForest was awesome. It is important to check in your trucks when they are returned so that the check out process isn't held up. I felt really bad for Forest trying to do his job when someone else didn't. The location was perfect for us.
