I reserved Uhaul from a location near my place, but the Uhaul was not available at the last moment and they made me rush to another location to get the Uhaul. Had a really bad experience because what's the point of reservation if customers can't even get the Uhaul services. Better make it a first come first serve service so that customers don't think of relying on this company at all. Other than this the customer support agent was rude and didn't hear any kind of apologies from them. They made me feel as if they were doing a favor by changing the location for the Uhaul pickup.

Budget was absolutely great, unfortunately due to My financial situation I was unable to keep My unit any longer. The place, hour's are great! A special thanks to Luis, always helpful when I needed any information. He's a real credit to the budget team. If I ever need a storage unit I know where to go. I highly recommend Budget storage for any One that needs a quality storage facility. Repair the website so people can actually check out and return vehicles. How am I supposed to document damages or a mess when your store won't upload pictures? How do I return a vehicle after closing when I cannot upload pictures?

First time renting a haul, they sent me the contract AFTER I was billed did not notify me that refueling was necessary PRIOR TO picking up the keys to the truck, nor did they notify me AFTER I gave the keys back. Just billed me. Uhaul did in fact refund me for this locations negligence.

The truck was dirty, the previous client left a bag of trash and food along with some flip flops inside the cab! The rep didn't even come out to look or help with anything! The location didn't look clean! And last but not least when I call and spoke to a rep she was nasty, and was trying to speak down to me as if I was child.I had to pick up from two different locations! I should get some type of reimbursement for my troubles/ and lack of professionalism and concern towards the client! I payed about 3k for this service it not acceptable!

The staff is excellent, always ready to help... and to help customers about the elevator, it will be better if we know which floor the elevator is stopped (basement or upstairs) because we have to search for it when we need to use it and sometimes it isn't possible... and when the customer is new, always as possible, someone shows how to use the elevator. Thanks. Congratulations.

Lazy ! The “ manager “ Jessica doesn't know Anything , Luis is a lazy, inconsiderate, thief . Wouldn't come back to use uhaul period , ghetto wouldn't recommend!

The only feedback I have is that they need a dumpster for trash removal. When moving out ppl aren't going to have the same needs for the some of the items stored so when cleaning out the space it needs to be a place for trash items. But besides that they were very informed.

1) Incredibly long wait time to pickup a van that was already booked ahead (45 mins). Only one attendant who tried her best to help. 2) "Mileage out" on the vehicle was incorrectly noted. I was assured that adjustments will be made in the final bill. However, adjustments were not made and I was overcharged. 3) Facility was not clean.

We needed a 26 foot truck at the last minute after our other rental company cancelled our reservation at the last minute because they did not have any trucks available. Everything was perfect and the staff was very professional.

I have been falsely charged over 400 dollars --- called for help, but I didn't get a timely response or a call back as I was promised. Moving is expensive, this unexpected cost associated to my Uhaul rental along with the delays causing me to pay the movers more is unacceptable. I really didn't expect this kind of service from Uhaul. I used this brand in order to have a smooth and easy experience. This is more expensive, which was fine - but not enough to get double charged for no reason and have NO SUPPORT from the company on how this will be fix and how I will be compensated for the delays.

Uhaul is absolutely ridiculous! I receieved A voucher for one month free, due to renting a truck one way. Turns out, the facility I reserved did not accept the voucher...

The attendant was very helpful. Some units are accessible by shallow incline ramps - most are level with the elevator. You might have to back your vehicle in or out of the elevator parking area.

Upon calling Budget Self Storage, I discovered they had never received my reservation. Another storage center offered me the same size unit for half the price I opted not to use Budget Self Storage.
