vu N.Overall experience was OK, but a couple things could have made it better. 1. Make it easier for customers without a smart cell phone to participate in the 24/7 scheme. 2. The tank was not full when we picked it up outside of normal operating hours. It was about 1/5 of the tank down- we did not know if it was a faulty gauge or if the tank was really not full. Only when we filled the tank just before returning did we know the tank was not full initially. The receptionist was unable to adjust the bill.

stephanie V.Overcharged by corporate. I decline safe protection online for $28. I did mobile pick up. Low and behold when I got home post returning the truck I was charged for the safe protection. I had to call and wait on hold for over 15 min for an agent to execute my refund . Hopefully ut happens since the agent advised I'd get email Conformation of the refund but it hasn't come yet. My next step will be to file a dispute with the credit card company. I shouldn't have to waste my time calling for refunds when I should never have been charged to begin with. This is agnostic to the location as it was all done online
