beverly sinclairAlthough the gentleman made arrangements for it to kind of work, it was frustrating because his business is closed on Wednesdays and Thursdays. I didn't want to keep it a full 24 hours but it was the only option to meet him. I do NOT think it should be an option to rent from a business that is closed!!!!!

Was unable to reserve, system down. I left a message, in detail, of my needs, on his number. Vehicle was waiting for me....I was in / out in 10 minutes! The return was only 5 minutes! Sean HealyIt was 110 degrees in bakersfield ca. .and I asked the uhaul representative if he had a truck with Air conditioning because the truck he gave me the AC didn't work and he said no he didn't have one.
Lisa DiazI turned the truck into the nearest uhaul/near me from my Iphone . That was on Weedpatch Hwy, Bakersfield 93307. Louis accepted it and I told him the mileage and gas (5/8s).But he was busy and did inspect the truck for gas and mileage. He said he would take care of it and released me. Louis from Weedpatch Hwy didn't close the rental order. It wasn't closed for 2 days or more. Then someone from uhaul took the truck to another location on 4011 Jewett Av ,Bakersfield 93301 which is much further away from my home that I moved too. And they closed the rental agreement with different mileage and only 1/2 gas both of which were not reflective of where Louis accepted the truck. Uhaul owes me the extra gas charges that was reported falsely and mileage also . Please correct this and call me at 760 338 1523.

Annette PlacenciaOnce I returned the vehicle the guy who was checking the van came up and said something well I was inside my car i get out of my vehicle because I didn't hear him. I said what I'm sorry ? He stood quiet and I said everything good? He said yes. I left and saw that I was charged way to much. So I turned around and asked him why I was charged that amount. And he had made a mistake. He goes and helps other people then comes to my car and says he's returning a small amount. I ask him why that amount because I want to be sure it is the correct amount this time. He then gets an attitude with me and ask if I speak English? I felt completely disrespected he decided to get angry with me because I was asking him questions because he "accidentally" charged me more then he should have for a protection plan that I didn't order. All he had to do was say the receipt will be sent to your email if you have any other questions feel free to call back or call customer service if it is not correct. Instead he chose to insult me. I will not be going back to this location and I would not recommend it to any one else. I was completely respectful when I first showed up to ask why I was charged 101 dollars when I only drove 54 miles and rented a 19,95 vehicle. And as soon as I asked him that question he proceeds to say, " you weren't listening to me when I told you???" He was very arrogant and condescending and I will never do business with this person again for the lack of respect he shows towards his customers.
