Leo ZSince we returned the rental truck on a Sun morning when the business was closed, we did the self-return option. The location was easy to find, and the facility looks brand-new from the exterior. Parked the truck with the other vehicles and followed the step-by-step directions provided via a link sent by text. Super easy to complete, locked up the truck and put the keys in the dropbox. Would definitely use this location in the future.

Colin TWe rented a 6x12 which was perfect for our needs. It would be nice if this size trailer had a jack stand it is too heavy to lift off for a person and even two of us struggled. Trailer pulled well and everyone was very nice and helpful at this location.

jammie bLockbox did not work at first location. Second location took 8 different codes on 3 lockboxes to open. Then is took and hour to dig the truck out and get it ready to drive

Gordon BHave used this location three times in the past few months with self check in/out. Location is great Would be nice to be able to do the self photo and DL photo within 24 hours before so I could have used wi-fi.

BRAD LI got charged overage of miles because the drop off location had changed. I would give an overall experience for this rental a 2 out of 5 stars at best. The entire process was a hassle and will be looking elsewhere if i need to rent again

Brett FIncrease supply of 6X12 covered trailers. I had to drive over 50 miles to pick it up! Also, I think maintenance of the trailer could be improved - wheels were rusty and should be replaced or repainted.

ANITA MHaving to drive an extra 6+ hours to pick up a truck I reserved months ago to pick up in Plymouth, MN was OUTRAGEOUS! Don't blame it on Covid, your scheduling department is totally incompetent! The people at Build All were great, but I shouldn't have had to spend an entire day driving adding to my long drive from Minneapolis to Broomfield CO.

Roger BThe left rear driving light did not work on the trailer. It was so bright that day neither all build or I could see it. I asked for a location in Peoria she couldn't find, but was there the day before when I was registering. I rented in Pine river 30 minutes away but had to pick up in Crosslake about an hour away.

PETER KThis is a lumber yard. Dropping off a trailer is a do it yourself park it unhook and go in to tell them you did it. They check it in later. Beats driving further to go to a dedicated U-Haul store.
