TRAVIS MThere was a misunderstanding about the final drop-off of our one-way truck rental during check-out. We were assigned a different location than the U-Haul storage facility we had reserved. However, that was resolved when we arrived atbthe storage unit.
Beverley CLos espejos retrovisores de la unidad, son lo peor que me a tocado. El derecho no gira lo suficiente para adaptarse al conductor tamaño medio bajo. El espejo retrovisor derecho, (el más importante) no tiene suficiente presión para mantenerse en posición firme y cuando estaba en la autopista se giro totalmente dejándome sin visibilidad, me sentí aterrada y debí salir de la autopista lo más pronto posible. Es importante que revisen bien esto para que el próximo cliente no pase por tan terrible experiencia. La unidad está limpia pero las condiciones de manejo fueron terribles debido a la poca visibilidad que la unidad presta el conductor.

Manuela MI had false charges charged to my account the next day.. they said I dropped it off at 10am the next day when in reality I dropped it odd a hour and a half later and they over charged me for gas so I had to spend my time calling and dealing with and I had to send pics of the gas before and after, thank God I had the pics otherwise it would have been my word against theirs. I've never had a good experience with uhaul in my life..

PETER MSeveral lights on the dashboard including tire monitor and airbags… the wheel felt like it was going to fall off when reaching 55 mph. The staff prolonged the paperwork and sent me outside with no one there to assist as told it would be… the knobs to adjust the heat did not work so it was either super cold or super hot. The location is not well maintained… they charged me extra and I put OVER the amount of gas than when I rented the U-Haul. No adjustments or customer service, just a "I wouldn't let you drive it if it was unsafe." This location is a joke…
