ANTONIO KOur trailer we rented was poorly maintained. It shook and made our vehicle shake for 1300 miles. It shook so bad a tail light fell out and was lost during the trip. Not a good experience this time.

KENNETH WUHaul trailers need to have a jack on the tongue. It is very very difficult connect a trailer does not have a jack. We had to unhook a loaded trailer to be able to stay overnight and had to rebook the next morning. It was almost impossible to reconnect to the trailer.
