Only comment I have is that the cab was so loud. The noise will drive you crazy on a long trip.

jimmy iThe truck was filthy when I picked it up inside and out it Coca-Cola spilled in the bed. It was never cleaned up. The ramp was filthy. It had Coca-Cola spilled all over it too. The truck was not washed or swept out but I needed the vehicle. I am not paying for the cleanup and when I picked it up, it only had a quarter of a ton of fuel in it and I'm not paying a $25 fuel fee cause I brought it back with a quarter of a tank of fuel in it. The truck is filthy inside the windshield was filthy.

bill GThis is my third experience with this location in a year. The guy behind the counter doesn't like to get off his stool. He sent me searching down his coworker in the terrible parking lot full of uhaul rentals and vehicles waiting for repair. This is just to tell me Where my trailer rental was. I spent ten minutes finally came back in and said I couldn't find him. So he went looking for a minute came back and said well there is only me and him so you will have to wait. Eventually after my boyfriend and I started hooking up the trailer, the coworker shows up and helped get it hooked up. When I returned the trailer, I couldn't find a place to back up the trailer with my limited experience. The lot of so crowded and right next to the busy 501 ramp. So I pulled next to the stinky garbage dump. No shade. I couldn't get the Jack to go down to get it disconnected. So I went in and asked if there was any trick to it. He laughed and said you didn't turn it long enough. I said I've bee turning it both ways and did not see any movement . My face is already beet red. So I go out and start cranking it 100 times one way. It finally pops off. By then I was physically tired, overheated by the 100 degrees outside, my hands are filthy and I'm mad. I wait until a day later to write this. But I'm going to a uhaul down 501 instead next time. It's got to be better than this dirty disgusting location. (Bags of rotting food in the lot. Huge pot holes. Broken glass everywhere, uhaul rentals so crowded I couldn't walk between the trucks)
Amy HThe 24/7 no contact pickup was faulty. I was supposed to be able to pick it up at 6am without someone being there, however it took an hour to get into the truck because of issues and delays (I did prepare and follow the instructions for the pickup). I still had to return the truck based on me "picking it up" at 6am, instead of 7am

bill GThe only reason I said this is because it's not too many places that has a bigger variety to choose from to rent, or the location. If they would take time to make sure the Vans/ trucks are cleaned it would never be a problem. Was very disappointed from my experience

April Beverything was good except was a little disappointed that the 10 foot didnt have a ramp and when i talked to uhal on phone they said it did. But again I should have asked that the morning of getting the truck and didnt. Just was harder moving furniture and large bins.

CARL DLocation was fine , but trailer should not be listed as a 6x12. The gate is closer to 4 1/2. I didn't realize that until I drove two hours and could not load what I went to pick up. Total waste of time

Marilyn MPeople were super nice and friendly, very helpful! The inside of the store is great, it reminds me of a red Ask them to pull the truck out for you, they are parked like sardines so they are tough to pull out. Truck was loud and felt like the engine was going to fall out everytime I accelerated, but smoothed out and ran ok after that, until the next time anyway.

FLORI TI was charged the $77 I bought the truck back on time, with a1/2 tank of gas like it was given to me and I went over the 30 miles by 11 miles. It states it is 0,99 a mile over the 40 miles. That adds up to $10,89 what type of man is that. My card was hit for $80

LAWRENCE MOrdered 6 pads...they had 0 available. They gave me an address of another Uhaul location where I could get pads, but the next location knew nothing about it. No one called ahead to check with them. But the second place had plenty of pads and was very accommodating and helpful. The cargo space had not been swept out. There was only a quarter tank of gas, so had to stop for gas very soon.

Kiara hGood experience overall. Was disappointed when my bill was $40 after seeing an ad for $19.99. All the fees added to a 10 mile, one hour round trip rental. More than I wanted to pay for but it was worth it I guess.

EARNEST STeam in the store was excellent. Very friendly helpful and overall a great experience. Trailer was filthy dirty and is need of maintenance. I was concerned it was going to have catastrophic wheel bearing failure all day. It is extremely noisy when you pull it. Needs attention. Thanks though for an overall good shopping experience.
