These guys are awesome! When I wired my trailer wiring harness I forgot to install the fuse on the line to the battery. Tyler helped me troubleshoot the issue and provided the needed fuse FREE OF CHARGE!!! They were very friendly and prompt in processing my order.

MICHAEL BOnly thing that was aggravating was that at 830 am as I arrived at the location scheduled for the pickup I received a phone call from Burdges about my reservation then looked at my phone, and saw that my location changed. I'm so glad that Burges called me to let me know. Would have been nice if the other place that I was given as the puck up location did the same. 5 stars for Burges. I will probably just call the location direct next time.

Hermina APerhaps turn a light on near pickup area. Fix emergency brake release, had to return to pickup location (10 miles) to manually release brakes. App not very friendly at 6am/20 degrees, trying to take pictures and scan license in the dark.

Raymond PInterior of truck could have been cleaner. In fact, it should be mandatory to sweep out and or blow out any debris from the bed of the trucks after each rental return. I had to sweep out a lot of dirt and stuff left behind from last rental.

RICK ZTruck received was in dangerous condition. After driving it to my apartment, notice oil leaking. When repair arrived, they said "someone recently worked on the axel, the bolts were LOOSE" - all the oil leaked out, and I dare wonder what would have happened had I not noticed this before my 900 mile drive!

Raymond PThey didn't have the 17' truck, and upgraded me to a 20' truck. I think I got charged for an increased mileage rate because of this, even though on the phone I was told the 17' truck mileage rate would apply. The floor of the truck was greasy. Because of this it was a hazard to load and unload and my belongings got dirty.
