I have always started my rental period at 6pm or later as the start, came a little early this time.
Robert WThe guys at Bushey's were great. They helped me hook up the hitch (very heavy) and confirmed everything was good.
Rich JArea is small and cramped up rental equipment and other vehicles parked on the premises. After unhooking the rented trailer I had to help a guy push it into spot. There a possibility of no available if the premises is full.
Joey Sno one was on site during advertised "open" hour when i returned the trailer.
Kerry LTire went flat and I will only be satisfied if the company values my time that was wasted due to the faulty tire by providing appropriate compensation.

LINDA SDropped the truck off when they were closed, but returned the next business day to ensure ticket was closed. Arrived during the time they were checking it in and they also was very pleasant and professional. Been a long time since I rented a truck, but you can be sure U-Haul is the place for me.
James BBushey's Automotive was a great place. Very customer friendly and helpful. Returning the trailer when they were closed was a small problem in where it should have been parked, but we managed. Good thing we returned it during the day. Thanks for the easy rental!

Jeffrey CMy experience with U-haul was HORRIBLE at best!!! Making the reservation was a breeze. However, the pick-up was a nightmare!!! I drove 3hrs to pick-up my RESERVED trailer (arriving on time) only to be told they gave my trailer to someone else and had nothing else for me. I had to call customer service back to be told I would have to drive an additional 40 minutes FURTHER OUT OF MY WAY to pick-up another trailer to then be told at that location I would have to go down the road to an Auto Zone and PURCHASE parts for the trailer to properly work!!! So, I again called the local customer service and spoke to a RUDE and DISMISSIVE woman who informed me that I would have had to purchase parts at any location of pick-up. However, when I made the reservation I specifically asked about the hook-up and was assured that EVERYTHING I needed was included and would be available for me! I told the woman that and that this entire situation was unacceptable. Her exceptionally horrible manners and customer service representative answer to me was "it is what is is...I don't know what to tell ya!" After a few more minutes of me explaining to her that "I" the customer should NEVER have to go to an auto parts store and PURCHASE parts to make your equipment safe to use!!!!! At which point she informed me that she would have to call corporate and get back to me in a few HOURS! I told her that my pick-up location would be closed in a few hours... and to my astonishment she replied "well I suggest you do what you need to do to handle your business...I'll get back to you in a few hours". and BTW...she NEVER CALLED BACK!!! In the end my supposedly easy $129. one way rental ended up costing me $160. and an additional 5 hours to just be able to pick-up the trailer!!!! This entire situation and respon from U-haul customer service should NEVER have happened!!! "I" the customer should NEVER have to go to an auto parts to purchase parts to make your equipment function safely!!!! Let alone have to go to multiple locations to pick up my reserved equipment!!! So, as to what you can do to improve your services...a great start would be to actually provide customer support!!!! To anyone looking to use U-haul...good luck and don't expect any customer service!!!

Anthony BRecommend improvement to reservation system. Computer system did not acknowledge discounted reservation, and I had to call to get correct price honored as the store could not correct the price on the spot.
GEORGE SBushey's is an auto repair company: UHaul is a sideline for them and is not maintained to the quality of a location dedicated to rental moving. That said, the truck was ready when I arrived and ran well enough.

Rickie MReported engine light...not moved. Said it could be a thousand reasons. Noted on paper, and in system. Said if we have a problem, call roadside assistance. Halfway in the drive, cab smelled like exhaust. Decided to turn truck in early and seek other resource. Reported to Hampton location, said it was the responsibility of the Waldorf store. Just hope the truck is serviced before its rented to another family.

Gregory TThe truck was dirty, and I had to clean it before putting my things in it. No one mentioned the app needed to be downloaded. Due to the poor connectivity in the area, downloading the uhaul app and having to call 3 times it took two hours to get the truck and go to my storage facility. Totally unacceptable!

DEREK CThere were no posted or other instructions for a Saturday Pick-up. It was confusing and the equipment I ordered was NOT in the truck. I ordered 24 furniture pads - NONE available. I had 3 dollies- one was an appliance dolly - NOT ORDERED.
