The parking lot it's kept in is super messy/muddy They packed the trucks in there so tight it's difficult to get them out. When I picked up the truck there was a big dent in the bottom on the side. I took a video of the whole truck before I even got the keys and went through the check in process and took photos of it before I got the keys. When I returned the truck I'm out in the parking lot and a women comes across the parking lot almost running. She yells "DID YALL DO THAT DAMAGE?" She didn't introduce herself first or anything. I had no idea why was random lady was approaching me fussing at me. I told her no we didn't it was like that when we got it. She said NO IT WASNT! I asked if she was the owner since she still had not even told me who she was. She said she was the owner and the truck wasn't like that. I said actually before I even got the keys I took a video around the entire truck. She said well we have to go off our records and our records don't show that was damaged like that. I told her that during the mobile checkin process before it even gave me the combination to get the keys I had to take before pictures and I even added a comment on that photo that it was very damaged. For some reason that made her mad. She asked if I purchased the saferide or something like that. I asked if she was referring to the liability/insurance and she said yes. I told her I had but that shouldn't matter since it was like that before I got it. She ended up walking off rudely. The entire interaction was weird and unprofessional. And it seemed like she was trying to scam me or U-Haul.

William BOffer to help with the customer move and packaging because didn’t have the right people around to help me with the process and it would have been better if they had been more helpful to us and we asked about a discount on the rental because of the price of how long we had to rent the truck and I got hurt and couldn’t load truck or unload for almost two weeks and that hurt with the price I was charged and didn’t get nothing off of the bill so could you please help me with that please thank you

Chester KThe truck door wouldn't close well. The cupholder had a dark liquid spilled in it. Even though I didn't request a dolly or furniture pads, they were still included in the back of the truck. Additionally, the credit card that I used to pre-authorize my rental when I picked up was not able to be used to finalize the payment due to a glitch with your system. The vendor had to call me later that evening and request payment from another card over the phone, even after I called my credit card company and was assured the original card was valid and in good standing. Pretty frustrating service overall, but when you're moving you have bigger fish to fry so we made it work.

Ron HI liked the 24/7 checkin process, except there was no way to speak to someone in the event of a problem. As soon as I got in the truck, a warning popped up in the dashboard regarding the tires needing service. I had to drive 12 hours alone, concerned the entire way that something was wrong with the tires. And then, about halfway there, a second warning popped up about 0 % oil life left. I arrived safely, but these warning lights freaked me out the entire way, adding stress to an already stressful situation.

Mark RHad a tire blow out on a car trailer while hauling a car. I returned the trailer and all the woman kept saying was why didn't you call roadside service. It could have ended very badly and all you can say is why didn't you call roadside assistance? How about you maintain your equipment so that things like this don't happen.

william dMake sure the truck will be there when customer has contracted for on time. I spent 2 hours in Rome trying to find a truck when I was suppose to have one at 12:00. The Computer store I contracted with only said they were sorry. The gentleman at the main Hertz, Aaron searched everywhere. Some called at 12:15 from B's Boutique and said I could rent the one that was for sale. I had a truck so movers could start even if an hour late.
