The entire rental and return process was quick and easy.
HENRY EJust keep up the good work , as you walk into this location. The guy that helps you at the counter is really nice and informative , he get you going and tell you everything you need to know about the vehicle .
Willie WI had a "hometown" experience. The gentleman checking me in was personable, knowledge and timely.
WILLIAM D6 x 12 trailer needs a jack. couldn't lift the tongue if loaded so it sat empty for two days until I was sure I could leave it connected to the tow vehicle. I needed the vehicle for a couple of last minute errands so I delayed loading. Rental location and staff get 11 out of 10.

WILLIAM DMake sure you repeat yourself multiple times about not wanting the safe move insurance or else you'll get screwed into paying it even if you say no.
ALEC TWell you need a lot of improvement such as cleaning up the rentals after every use. I cleaned up the cargalo van I used and I got charge $10 cleaning fee which is ridiculous because we cleaned it very well. The location is bad they have cats around, smell like cat pee everywhere not to mention having very bad allergies with cats so no I will not be coming back to this location, customer service is very slow.

CHRISTOPHER DPaul at Butler Park Self Storage was fantastic making sure we had everything we needed to move my sister to another state and the facility was very clean. The 15' truck however, while clean, had an exhaust leak and was loud for 990 miles. It also was not running on all the cylinders. The steering was squirrely between 55 and 65, so some maintenece on the vehicle is needed. We made it, so we are happy.
DRUE MI was a little disappointed that the pick up location was changed, which added time and expense to the securing of the trailer
JAMES HPaul is the best I always go there to get my rentals, very helpful and friendly totally recommend that place
