This was not the location I wanted for pick up. It was a half hour and 20 miles away, which added to my milage overage. The windshield was covered with bugs and the dolly that I ordered was not on the truck. The office was closed so I had to drive to another location to pick one up. This was the worst experience I've ever had renting a truck.

This place was extremely helpful. Unfortunately they don’t open till 9:00 am. The process U Hail has is horrible. Took 30 minutes to get in and out. Uploading drivers license. Takes way too long. This was only part of the problem. No text the day before. UHaul changed my location 3 times. Horrible. I was over 2 hours later than planned. May never use U Haul again.

Well when I returned uhaul to butter ridge road canal Fulton after 5 hours of usage they charged me and additional day of rental to my debit card called the business he said it would be taken off which he lied and was not removed so for 5 hours I paid 164.00

rented a 5 x 9 ramp trailer here in may 2018, 1day. charged $42 upfront, was a $25 rental.?.? no explanation, said square up on return. returned sunday, closed. checked with debit card, additional charge from uhaul, total for 2days, $53ish. went back on tues to inquire, told adjusted back for 1day rental. my card statement never reflected this to date. 9-4-18 dave mitchell thought personnel was helpful initially.

I have rented from this location multiple times, it is so close to where I live that I keep trying it, but am disappointed every single time. It seems that each employee there has a problem with not being able to with hold he use of constant and consistent vulgarity. It is supposed to be a place of business and yet every other word spoken by the staff is a curse. I will not try this location again and will simply have to drive out of town from here forward, which is a shame.

Just try to fix your coding for your website, so the clerk can get people in and out more efficiently. But, great and friendly service!

I rent from this location several times a year and generally use the truck several hours less than the 24 hour rental. This time I was two hours late and was charges an extra day. Justified by the letter of the rental, but not considerate of past rental quantity or experience. I will not use u-haul in the future unless the extra day is credited back. Butterbridge blamed corporate U-haul for the charge.

Apparently your computer program is difficult to use even for seasoned operators. Enlist the aid of someone (not a computer programmer familiar with your program) to use your program and suggest changes, or identify confusing areas, so that the process does not take so long!!

This was hands-down the best U-Haul experience. We've had some pretty bad ones in the past, with vehicles not being available or not ready, but Butterbridge was fantastic. If you need a U-Haul, go here first!

The truck was acting like it was going to stall going through West Virginia hills. The gas was to the floor & it wasn't moving. I was terrified , having small children with me. I was 2 states away from home. So I had to get a hotel, pay the tolls twice, then come back to Ohio. Never made it to my destination in N. Carolina... Bad experience ,&& very costly ??

First of All, pulled the old bait and switch! Asked for a 20' truck got a 26' truck I didn't ask for and was charged full price for the 26' said he couldn't change it, But he called and said it was changed at Central Transportation hub....it wasn't! Because the truck they did rent me was crap! Fought the steering almost the entire 650 mile trip at the end could barely lift me arms they hurt so bad! couldn't pull the trailer I rented with it, had to put it on my friend's vehicle before we hit the mountains in WV and then the engine light came on in SC found metal shaving on dipstick! a 11 hr trip took 17 because I slowed way down to keep this POS from blowing up!

I was to pick-up the truck in Union town, ohio and when I got there , They had no truck and did not know anything about it, The confirmation letter from you said union town.#91669540. At Union town they called and let me talk to a lady that was the rudest bad talking lady I have ever talked to. I had to drive to Canal Futon to get a truck and the lady I was talking to said it was my fault that I went to the wrong location. My paper says Union Town. Please call me about this 440-361-1178 This problem cost me 1hr 30 min. Who is going to pay for your mistake ? I f you do not call me, I will know that you do not care about people and having a good reputation. Remember: social media is a great tool.

I asked to pick up the trailer in downtown Akron. I got forced to Canal Fulton. About 30 min. Out of my way. I ask ed to drop off at 28th street Grand Rapids. Got scheduled to drop off somewhere else further away. Not happy.

I asked for pick-up at a different location. The proprietor of this particular location called and left a message to call him back. He did not leave a number or location. I had caller id so called him back. He again did not tell me location so I assumed it was where I had requested pick-up. Much to my dismay the truck was not at the location I requested and had to travel 10 miles out of my way to pick up the truck and 10 miles back. I'm not very happy.
