Terry JIt isn't about the location it is for uhaul in general I will NEVER recommend Uhaul or use you again. Still waiting on a call back for over 2 months The owners of this location are very nice.
Diana OThe only issue with the location was the process of picking up and dropping off the truck. It consumed twenty to thirty minutes each time. I will never again rent when there is no live customer service.
Anthony BThe truck had multiple check engine lights on. It ran very very rough. The EZ ramp did not pull all the way out, causing us to move everything by hand.

David HAngela is so professional and helpful! She goes out of her way to explain every detail. She even dropped me off where I needed to be After returning the truck. I didn't even have to take Uber. She used her personal vehicle. What an incredible woman. She gets all the gold stars. So honest fast , helpful & a great communicator. U-Haul needs to get their act together however. Rented this truck from Forest Park Georgia to Dawsonville Georgia. Was told could drop off anywhere in Dawsonville. Her location is in Dawsonville and dropped off there however U-Haul wanted to charge me a $75 not at correct location charge. Apparently U-Haul system stated I needed it to return it to A specific location, Many miles away from where I lived and very inconvenient however I was not notified of this or chose the other location. Furthermore U-Haul stated I was sent an email. and a text to where the specific Location for the truck to be dropped off at. Never received an email ,text or phone call. Beware unless you ask or specify a specific drop off location they will dictate to you to drop the truck off at a location they specify for you within that city. They had my correct email and phone number in the system as I received confirmation of online booking, rental contract, and rental return by way of email. They have no trouble finding me by my phone number. However some glitch in their system never notified me to where they decided for me to drop off the truck. Again they wanted to charge me a $75 fee. Please fix this problem! Furthermore made a reservation for another 26 foot truck online told me was available at this location went to pick it up from this location and again without notifying me they moved it to another location that was not convenient for me and miles out of the way. When I booked it online for this location they said it was available and confirmed this location. Usually online if they do not have it at a location they will say it's not available at this location please choose another location. Went to get the truck at this location a 26 footer which was there however was told they had rented it to another customer. U-Haul causes so much inconvenience by moving around reservations and the customer never being notified.Are use Uber or Lyft to go get the truck only to show up and be told they do not have it and please go to this location that the reservation pick up site has been changed. Very frustrating and undependable.
Kevin MI was never given an option to select or not select the insurance. I was charged $14 as a result. I also was charged separately $7 for the hand truck and $10 each for (2) bags of blankets. I was under the impression that these items were included as part of flat daily rate. Other words nothing was disclosed to me. No due diligence was extended. Very poorly ran and managed. Extremely unprofessional. Finally, I was not explained that I needed to also needed to complete check-in process. Need to do a better job of explaining and educating the consumer on the does and don'ts ie. rules. I should be refunded in my estimation of $41.00, as a result of not disclosing to me the additional cost / expense for the insurance, the blankets and the hand truck.

Alton MI was allowed to reserve a time before the place opened. That was a huge inconvenience. But that is on U-Haul not the pickup location.

EMILY SCloser location did not have vehicle required, headlight on right was out, " ticket time" rude and dictatorial behavior and opened up to late at 9 am when closer u hauls open at 8 but didn't have functional $19 rental

Garold TPlease stress that this size truck has no ramp. We had to buy 2x4's to make a ramp. Plus it was not big enough for a refrigerator which I was told it would.
Trey SUhaul needs to fix their online systems! I waited nearly a hour because the web-based interface kept deleting the data!!!
Scott BDidn't notice until I got home but the trailer had a hole in the roof. The rain got in and damaged the furniture I was moving.
Michael FWould have been a five star but the computer system was down and everything has to be done manually and over the phone. The Customer Service Representative was five star.
Kevin HOnly used the key drop box but there was plenty of space to leave the truck and drop box was right out front.
Hampton BThe last two times I have used U-Haul the pick up process was painful, good people but your computer system stinks. It took at least a half hour both times....better watch out or Penske is going to get you guys.

John SPicked up unit in Blairsville Georgia and dropped unit off in Dawsonville Georgia less than 18 hours later...was charged 150 bucks to pick it up and 175 bucks to drop it off....18 hours or so with less than a hundred miles cost me over 300 dollars..... so much for 39,99 a day plus mileage....

Steve HYou changed my pick up location. The new one(Byrd Elliott boatand rv storage was not convenient for me (being 20 miles out of my way) - which meant the cost was $20 more because of mileage fees. You could, as a customer service, have driven the truck to the location for which I contracted

I ended up there 2nd I had visited the location on Keith bridge storage and rental a few minutes before and they where so rude and hateful told me I had to reserve on line and handed me a post it with a 1800 number and then ignored me so I left, but the location and lady I went to restored my belief that Uhaul was still great. So A++ for location I rented from thank you.

WAYNE MI had desired to pick up the equipment much closer to my home, but the 10' size I reserved for pick-up there was not available. Why let me reserve for a particular location then change my pick-up location only a day before?

Jeff FSeems to me that once a specific equipment issue is reported by a customer, (or a series of customers as is the case) that the issue would be addressed and resolved. Driving this vehicle at night requires that the high-beams are on at all times. One low-beam headlight is out, and the other is apparently either very dim or not aimed correctly. As the check engine light is always on, it does make a nice addition to the overall ambiance in the cab at night.
