Nothing that needs improvement, Rebecca did a great job assisting me when the U-Haul app failed me. I have problems with your app (2 separate tries now). And Rebecca saved the day, both times!

Rhonda OI tripped over the curb and fell on my knees trying to get pictures of the van. I twisted my ankle and scraped my hands and knees. The curb was NOT painted yellow or red to see it well. NO one was at facility past 3:30 pm. Don't recommend this facility!

TIMOTHY SWay too confusing to checkin by yourself, they make you do all the preside up a day before with your license and contact info, and then when you're about to grab the truck they ask for it again. Not very easy to handle yourself, we had to get help which was not in the plans, we wanted to pickup and go. Tire pressure needed to be filled multiple times along trip. We were made aware prior that they had been doing that, and even a few had been replaced at the time. Very inconvenient when you have to stop multiple times. Thanks
Selena JNot a great experience. The person at the location wasn't friendly at all. Van was fine - was told it had a full tank - but wasnt. I went 37 miles and put 6 gallons in it - so that was a bit of a rip off but I didnt want any hassles from the "friendly" person who was working there.
Michael LExplain where to pick up after hours so that it doesn't take 3 hours to speak to someone. It is not necessarily the location…. as it is uhaul in general!!! I was prepared so thankfully I had multiple sources of identification, a passport, as well as a person with me for verification or it would have been even worse. If a customer has never picked up or dropped off after hours someone HAS TO BE available to explain the process… apparently you cannot hold your ID while taking a picture bc all 4 corners do NOT show In less than 48 hours I spent OVER 9 HOURS on hold. I'm very unsatisfied and will NEVER recommend or use services EVER again. This is unfortunate because I have rented 5 times in the last 4 months. THIS WAS A NIGHTMARE!!!!!
Abbey HEquipment was not ready when promised and the agent on site made no effort to get things back in track. The delay in pickup impacted my schedule and use. The delay in my pickup resulted in a turn in later than I originally expected and consequently I was charged $75 more than I should have been. (I was charged for 2 use cycles according to the invoice) despite turning in same day as pick up and the number of hours "over" were the same as the delay in my pickup. I disputed the charges but no one from U-Haul ever contacted me and the over charges were simply processed to my credit card. I would not recommend this location or U-Haul to anyone based on these questionable practices. It's notable that U-Haul was recently sued in a class action for misleading billing practices.
Jeffrey PThey had called and changed the collection location on us which was far and meant we had to do the after hours check in online which was extremely slow and complicated! It took over 2 hours for us to collect the truck and drive away. When changing the location we were also told we would get a $50 credit back, which we also did not receive. The truck was dirty, and the equipment I had also rented was not in the truck. We had to go to another location to pick up the equipment.
Anna EEverything with the reservation, pickup and drop off was very good. The only suggestion is to offer earlier pick up times. With a 2 1/2 hour drive, we would have liked the option to start our day earlier than what was offered.

GEORGE BThe manager at this location was outstanding. She explained everything thoroughly and made sure my reservation was set properly and in order. I had to keep my rental for an additional day and then had difficulty processing the return with my phone app when I returned the van on Sunday. When I called the manager on Monday morning she made sure the return was processed properly and confirmed the cost. I thought she was outstanding.
DAVID LNot as customer friendly when dealing with the check/in and documents. Other U-Haul stores I simply go in sign papers and out we go. This store ran too much based on apps, e-mails.

George GReally not much but I will tell you, don't ever let Mary get away. She knows her stuff and makes renting a U-haul a breeze. She is so personable and friendly and has the program rental knowledge to answer any question and get you on your way fast. We wouldn't go anywhere else to rent a U-haul in large part if not entirely, for Mary. Thanks so much!

ADRIAN LI originally ordered from a different location and would've greatly appreciated if U-Haul could've moved the truck to the old location instead of making us drive farther. Obviously that's nit-picky, but it did throw off a lot of an already stressful day. The receptionist at the location listed was incredibly sweet and we really appreciated her!!! Give her a raise
