I went and there were kids walking around distracting the lady from doing her job. I was quoted $65 w insurance already added and ended up paying $88. No biggie. I tow the vehicle four hours away. Then deliver the dolly the next business day. After I drop it off and the location I was told to drop it off initially, my phone gets a notification stating that I broke my contract with U-Haul. I got a call and they verified that I did indeed drop it off. Bothered me a little. But still not a big deal. Now today 9/18/19 I’m getting an email saying I owe an additional $28.49. Those weren’t the numbers I signed initially. I am expecting a call from u-haul to see if they collect that money from me. I have no time to call them since wait times tend to be too long. Now I look like the bad guy. When realistically I followed through with my contract. The employees need better training.

Me ofrecieron un camion de 10x15 x$ 29.99 y despues que no ..que no estaba en el sitema y me ofrecieron otro de 10x20 x 39.99 mas dinero ...... Lo rente a las 5:00pm y que lo entregara a las 8:00am Pero lo use solo 3 horas asi que lo rente las 5:00pm y lo entrege a las 8:00pm

I was sent here by Uhaul to pick up my replacement truck a 50 mile one way trip when my rental broke down. The location said they didn’t have any trucks and that they had not received any information from Uhaul. I called Uhaul from there and waited for a long time the agent that I spoke to said that no one was answering at the location even though I was at the counter and could see the employees. I called Uhaul a second time and explained to the agent what happened the night before and that I was sent there for a replacement I had my cell phone on speaker so the employees could hear me and finally the agent spoke to them on my cellphone and not on their store phone to resolve the matter and I finally was able to get the replacement truck that they said they didn’t have from their location. I don’t think I will ever use Uhaul again or ever recommend them to anyone. On top of that I was being charged an extra $30 for mileage for a replacement truck that I had to drive 50 miles one way to get myself.

I was charged an extra day. The place does not have adequate space to drop off a 26ft with a transport trailer. I did not feel comfortable dropping off truck and transport sine it was in the middle of the street. I felt i was doing them a service of keeping the truck safe. I had finished and had the truck clean and gassed up Saturday when i went to drop off the truck there was no information noting a 24hr drop off and i could not find a place to park the truck as previous locations i been before.
