LESHI VThe guy working at this location was kind of rude when I was checking in for the truck. I am glad I will not have to use this facility again.
TODD BMy issue was with uhaul itself. My debit card was locked so, i picked up a prepaid visa card to book and pay for this rental. If your system does not allow customers to pay for the rental with a prepaid card then, it should allow you to book/reserve it with one either. Luckily I had extra cash on me.

Noreen HALL THE TRUCKS ARE GIVEN TO CUSTOMERS WITH NO GAS OR NO WHERE NEAR THE FULL TANK LEVEL. I feel as though the trucks should at least be at the halfway point. I'm a current worker of Uhual at another location an this is unacceptable how unprofessional this location is. I highly encourage new management and new workers for this location!!

VINCE MI was charge for fuel when I should not have been. I returned the truck with the same amount of fuel as when I took it. I am upset by my charges.

John SIt's was horrible, I rent it and paid my money got the key looked around it's was good. I opened the back, and roaches were everywhere omg I was very pissed off and my husband and children were scared to put they beds back their thinking it's bed bugs or bad roaches even inside the cab part.. I suppose to have it 2pm- 6pm but but I stay on the phone for 33 mins before I can even talk to someone and even then they said there's nothing they can do.. so my husband bought some bug spray and sweep but we didn't leave the U-Haul place til 3:20 it was horrible & I paid someone else to deliver our beds. I will pay someone to use thier truck before I ever rent from U-Haul again cause that was nasty as fuck, and I recorded once I opened it

Jimmie SThat truck I had had a ignition key problem I told them about it when I returned it but other than that it was great I wish they're going out of state wasn't so expensive I think they need the prorate you know Special coupons or something but anyway I thank them it was great
Arthur MUnit purchased was not thoroughly clean and prior to purchasing we were unaware that truck would contain very little gas prior to starting the journey which was a disappointment also a delay. However, on the bright side it was an easy pick up and drop off plus a convenient location and price adjustment so not all bad.

Charles CThe location I originally booked did not stage the truck key. Luckily, I was able to speak to Larry. He took care of finding me a truck at a different location. I would not recommend the first location to anyone Larry made what would have been a terrible experience easier to deal with

CHRISTOPHER SDrive the truck before it is rented. The only issue I had is the truck seemed like it needed some work. It could be just me and maybe that's how those trucks drive. The truck seemed like it didn't want to go at times when I pressed on the gas peddle. Maybe you could let the customer know how the truck drives, I.e., the truck is supposed to not go really fast after you stop at a light/stop sign.
