Stop being so stingy with money. A 60$ purchase went to 75 for a very small amount of gas.

Cathrine ChironnoI originally wanted to rent from the Medford location. I was told I was not able to rent for multiple days over a weekend so vehicles are available for other customers. This is unfair to me as I booked a two-day rental at almost $500 and had to travel additional distance out of my way to obtain the vehicle. Although the location I picked it up from was fantastic and I would use that location again, it was not convenient for me at all. In the future it would be nice if I could use the location of my choice that had the equipment available instead of seeing the equipment sitting waiting for a customer of the entire weekend.

Anne MakerI am not a fan of the validating process on site though. I had to stand in the cold rain for 10 minutes clicking and going through and waiting then I had to call Uhaul to help me and finally I was validated and was able to get the key. The validation process should happen before pick up,

Samantha RosarioHorrible!!!!! I needed to rent 10 vans for corporate use. The experience was horrific from the point of reserving the vehicles to returning. I've never seen a company as poorly organized as U-haul. It took hours to reserve the vehicles. When the reservation was finally submitted it was canceled the day of pickup. We had to waste additional time to reserve the vehicles again. The reason they canceled the reservations was that they didn't want to give up all vans from a single location. We had to drive across 5 different locations to pick up the vans. On top of that the rep was extremely rude. The vans are overpriced and you can get a much better deal with other companies (Hertz). When we returned the vehicles we were overcharged for late drop off plus other charges. Lastly we could not get a receipt for our rentals. We gave over $20k in business to Uhaul in November and December. We will never rent from you again!!!

Michael AquilinaBe more responsive on the HMI (phone pick-up) at the pick-up location. uhaul should let customers know (during booking) that the phone service pick-up can takes a certain time (more than one would expect). I waited over 30 minutes for "approval" to get access to the key. I was approved to rent the vehicle when i booked it and as such was annoyed to wait at the pick-up location w/o any feedback for 30 minutes. This 30 minute wait caused avoidable delay to my schedule and frankly reflects very poorly on u-haul. In short, this (bad customer service at central booking) is what i will remember about renting a u-haul vehicle.
