This location was awesome. I left my medication in the truck when I dropped it off Saturday night and was closed until Tuesday. Called them Monday and to my surprise they answered the phone and met me that afternoon to retrieve my medication. This location was awesome and willing to go the extra mile to be helpful! A big thank you to this location!!

john cI wouldn’t recommend this company, reason I was charged one fee on 9/3/21 and only used rental truck not even 24 hours and was charged a second payment of 125..93, to my account and then when I looked up my order I have another amount of $180.90, that’s 3 payments of a total of $360.88, so I cannot to friends and family not to use this rental truck service, no one called me or email me anything about any more changes to my order account with them, and when I try to look up my account, we’ll no page having problem thank you Tammy Young

Had to pick them up from the previous location we originally rented from: the original place that we reserved with over a month ago couldn't accommodate our truck rental

tom dPicking up my rental was easy, but staff is not knowledgeable. I returned my rental on time and my card was charged for an extra day. Now I am in the process of disputing a charge. Not worth the hassle. Will rent somewhere else next time.
Kathleen NWe reserved the trailer thru the 800 number yet when we arrived at the location it still took over two hours to complete the paperwork. The young girl working stated " I have never been trained on anything to do with UHaul". After 90 minutes I called the owner and he said "well I'm working and I can't be in two places at one time". "If she has a problem with the process I'm not sure what I can do about it". I found the experience to be very frustrating and extremely unprofessional. Extremely dissatisfied with the customer service.
Brian MWhen I returned the Truck to the site. The only person that was present was Stephine Copeland and she was handling the Grill cooking and didn't have access to the computer to log it in. She said her boss that handled the Trucks was out and didn't know when he would return. She said to leave the keys on the counter and that would be fine. That was unacceptable and had her sign my copy as returned on 5/17/19.
