There were roaches inside the Uhaul. It was disgusting and even though I didn't want to place my belongings in this uhaul due to the roaches I felt that I didn't have a choice. This should be inspected before it is rented out to people.Chris B.

The cab of the truck was fine. It was clean, and had 7/8 of a tank of gas. The problem was that the rear storage part of the truck smelled like chainsaw oil. In addition to this the floor of the storage area had chainsaw oil on it. We were prepared to load the truck, but it took my husband two hours to apply something to soak up the oil on the floor. This caused us to leave 3 hours late. We used the truck to move my son into a dorm. So cleaning the truck made us late for our hotel check in. In addition, the smell of the oil was so strong we were afraid it would make fabric and bedding smell so we moved all his clothing and bedding into our two cars. This caused an additional problem because we had to stay in a hotel overnight. There had been break ins in the area so we were advised not to leave anything in our cars. His dorm move in time was the following day, so we had to move everything in our cars into the hotel room that evening and then move it back the next morning. The original plan was to padlock everything into the U-Haul, but because of the chainsaw oil and its' smell that changed. We were able to accomplish the move, and the truck was reliable. In the future please check your truck for oily residue and strong smells.Ashley B.

When you make a agreement in front of witnesses whether a verbal contract or written you should hold up to your end of the contract instead of just saying what you assume, and then we get hit with a ginormous charge, now it's going to have to be something we have to go through all the legal measures to correct.. this is a 100 % bad business and will be advertised that way, one very disappointed customerZACH B.
Very different experience dropping the truck than picking it up. The person was very friendly, made sure everything was fine with me. I watched her assist the person in front of me as she explained the whole process and gave her paperwork for the glove box. I had received nothing when I picked up our truck the previous day from the other location in Dallas, GA.Michele T.

Truck was dirty when we picked it up, the lady had a good attitude when we were handing out money over for rental. When it came time to take the truck back, a different lady was checking us back in had a bad attitude, misquoted our refund to us, didn't even apologize or explain what the charges entailed. The truck isn't safe to drive, it shakes and sounds like the u-joint is going out on it and when we told her what was going on with the truck, she didn't seem to care, only cared about being able to get it rented back out as soon as possible.Amber P.

the original location I was supposed to pick up from Wasn't open and I had to change my reservation. This ended up causing me to lose a day on my rental. It was a huge inconvenience and then I even had to take the rental back to a different location that I had originally scheduled.STEPHEN B.

They were so easy to work with. Carrie was exceptional nice and answered all my questions before hand. She also took time to explain everything about the rental agreement. I will definitely be renting from here again and also referring friends here. I called several places before making an reservation and several was rude and acted like they did not have time to talk to you. Carrie was very helpful from the first time I called her, and also we were afraid of having bad weather and she discussed it with me. When I returned it she was also very professional and very nice.Thanks Carrie for making this part of moving a great experience.ELLEN H.

Their system was down and they couldn't process for a while (45 min). This happens and I am not upset over it except when they tried to call regional person to help, they were dismissive, not helpful. Eventually the lady was able to contact another manager of some sort and they pushed the payment through. I don't see comment box for U-Haul in general but this experience was awful. The people at local two places were great. I got confirmation in the e-mail for my truck. I called the day before to add auto transport and I was told that it was good I called because if I showed up the next day they would not have a truck. The lady on the phone found a truck and auto transport an hour south of where I lived. The next morning I was 10 min away when I got a call that (2nd location) does not have truck nor auto transport. I was furious. The closest place was hour and 30 min north where I picked up equipment. Then I had to drive hour and 30 back to my place. Manager did credit $200 but no one should have to go through that when they are trying to move and every hour counts. Especially when they are traveling for 10 hours. So please make your system better. If its available confirm it, if not, put not available so there is no confusion. Every other rental place, hotel and airline figured it out, you can do the same. They were having problems with their internet connection causing a substantial delay in the pickup process, according to their own admission this is a normal occurrence whenever it rains, maybe improvements here will make it a near perfect experience.David A.
Rains seem to play badly but is not the pronblem do the location, but a problem with the company. I would definitely recommend this place again, I have used that location on several other occasions as well. Very friendly, knowledgeable staff.Pat R.
Your self check-in absolutely sucks.... Especially when it is raining. Loading photos into a slow website is not the best Idea I am sure this is a great option off of a PC, but from a cell phone you add another level of connection complexity... You need to minimize the information that needs to transmit to make this work.John Douglas W.

Have the appropriate mileage on the paper work and let customers know upfront if they need to take pictures of anything. When there is a mistake on their end be responsible and take care of the customer instead of trying to get more money from them. Very dissatisfied with this company and will will not use them again.Bridget R.
Took over an hour to get the the truck! The 2 elderly women at Busy Bees did not know what they were doing, were frustrated, unprofessional and rude! One accussed me of being on my phone canceling what she was doing. She finally walked away, needing a cigarette smoke, they could not get Uhaul to help them on the phone, after 50 min, got in touch with someone who worked it all out in 5 minutes. Truck reeked of cat urine and have to ride with Windows down!!MICHAEL C.

Had to change first location due to it no longer being a UHual drop off site. I was pretty upset that we had to drive even farther after dealing the rude employee at the original drop off site that was no longer being used. Would have been nice if you kept your website updated so I wasn't assigned an improper drop off point. After this annoying setback I rushed dropping off the UHual at the new site and locked my personal keys in the UHual and had to pay over $400 for a pop a lock that took over two hours to get to us which was way longer than the estimated time. Would have preferred that a UHual employee just unlocked the key return box even if I had to pay a fee, which I'm sure would have been much less. Pickup was easy, truck was in great condition, drop off on the other hand needs some serious work. The second place was not at fault for this though drop off there was very clear and easyKAILA S.
