Superior service. Best U-Haul experience I've had. Great communication. Very friendly. Greeted me in the rain on her lunch hour so I didn't have to wait. Ensured I had the best truck available for my move. Lynn was AWESOME! Highly recommend.

Great customer service, the attending lady was very friendly and accommodating. I booked the van the day before and it was unavailable (though ended up being available later on) and she was very communicative, flexible and helpful. Very easy fast and smooth process. 10/10

It was not able to do it either by detecting my location or by scanning the barcode, forcing me to wait in line at the office and be half an hour late. I do not told this location responsible, but your software needs to be fixed.

Forrest BUnnecessary and discomforting interaction with employee- she seemed overly anxious and hyper vigilant without any reasonable explanation. It was a huge turn off and made me uncomfortable. I'm also not entirely certain I was charged appropriately for a 4 hour pick up truck rental (88) total. I would not go back to this U-Haul again. Most every other U-Haul interaction has been pleasant except for this one.

CRAIG HOUTSTANDING. Lynn was our contact in Cameron Park Rent A Storage, Uhaul. We rented two 26 foot Trucks two weeks in a row for one-way service from Cameron Park to Carlsbad CA. Both transactions were just OUTSTANDING!!! Great to see that Uhaul is doing such a Great Job. The Truck was well maintained and ran great. Those 'items' we requested were in the Truck each time at Rental. I even used the 'Self Check-in' process that worked seamlessly. I am very impressed with Uhaul these days and your Services, WOW!!!! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!!!!!!
Augustino CThe U-Haul had leaks and my things inside were soaked and ruined. When I called U-Haul they were no help and said they don't process claims and gave me a number to call Monday. Don't outsource your issues and make it something your customers have to chase down to fix the issues U-Haul caused. Extremely poor customer service and quality.

denise dThe trailer we drove was a death trap. We're experienced trailer drivers and that trailer had a ton of side to side wobble that almost tossed us off the road multiple times. The staff was very friendly and helpful at pickup.
Cortney BOur original rental location was in placerville. The trailer we reserved was not available so we had to find another dealer. The cell phone interaction at the first location did not connect via text. Eventually an email connection was successful. This situation caused several customers some grief. So this review refers mostly to the original location in placerville.

Rick KLynn and Jim are and have always been Amazing! This is the second time I rented U-Haul with them, the first time they came in on their day off! Jim takes it upon himself to hitch the trailer to me truck and is very contentious to protect my equipment and my safety. They are an asset to U-Haul!

Jeffery Hin order to pick up and drop off my trailer I had to pull into the oncoming lane of traffic and then back up. There weren't any cars coming so didn't really have a problem, but I would add some signs warming oncoming traffic that there may be vehicles stopped in the road due to Uhaul, etc. Overall, great service.
