BRIAN hPut 3 gallons gas in a van I drove 40 miles and they added a 2 gallon gas charge. Gas level was same at drop off as pick up. Transferred to this location because my initial location didn't have my van. Will def never use again.

Perry RI was told one location and the location changes. I was told I would receive a call to confirm the day before. I received a text. The checking was with someone on the phone. I picked up the trailer and loaded it. After loaded it had a tire with 10 lbs of air. The trailer must not have been checked. I found a screw in the tire that I had to get repaired at my expense.
Charles MTrailer electrical connection was busted. Was able to replace it within 30 minutes.

Tangynika MWent to a u-haul on Charleston Hwy in West Columbia SC first where I reserved a car hauler the previous day and I was going to be running late so I sent a email letting them know. My reservation was for 8:30AM and I got there around 9:45AM. The person at the store AL is what he said his name was. Anyway very short when I ask a question and unfortunately I had to ask several since he was not communicating with me after about 10 minutes I had had enough and I left and called reservations and they found one for me. I call the manager in Charleston Hwy and told him about the situation. I am not one to complain and I own a construction company and as a owner I would not tolerate such a person like AL and I would terminate that person on the spot and I tell my employees all the time my company is no better than my employees and how they represent my company. Anyway my experience where picked up the trailer was a very pleasant experience. Thanks
HARLEY HTravis was amazingly patient and kind. He made my moving experience so much easier. I must also give him credit for his customer service skills being top notch even though he was busy. Thank you, Travis!
