Ginger CShowed up last minute and was welcomed with a smile, went right in, and got out with the equipment that I needed in under 15 minutes. The trailer first hauler they went to seemed to be a little damaged so he quickly jumped over to another one and had us on the road in no time at all. Extremely helpful, I would recommend this location if you need to get something moved....

Geoffrey SRental went smooth. We did have a little trouble with the lock. It was hard to open. Also the passenger side mirrors would not stay in a hood position. The wind would move them.

Luther AThe truck was not well maintained. It is the worst U-Haul truck I have ever rented. It was fairly clean but had a horrible ride and it lacked power. I wish I could say that it would get the job done, even though it was a rattling heap of a truck, but I cannot hide the fact that whoever had maintained the truck did not install the proper battery and did not install the battery properly. The truck died halfway into my move. I had hired four guys to help me move at a rate of $220 per hour and they had to wait on me while I had mobile service to arrive and fix the truck, costing me extra money in my move and more grief. On top of all that the truck had an empty gas tank when I picked it up, and I don't believe the gas gauge worked properly, displaying an accurate reading of the actual tank level. I don't have very many good things to say about this rental and the experience. The only thing that I can say good about the experience is that the mobile repair service person was nice, prompt, knowledgeable, and got the truck running as fast as he could. I have a heart for businesses and I do not like to leave bad reviews but I also do not like to have a bad experience that costs me money. I'm not sure who to complain to but someone certainly dropped the ball and they need to hear about it. Do better next time.

jefferson cC&C auto services was great. Your truck share 24/7 was not. I showed up at the time I had signed up for to use the mobile check in only to have it tell me I have to wait until the location opened an hour later. I verified that I had signed up for the truck share option on my reservation. I called your customer service who said it didn't register for mobile pick up for some unknown reason even though she could see that's what I signed up for. The manager at C&C was very helpful in getting me checked in quickly.
