Overall the experience was great. My only complaint is the lack of details on the check-in when returning the trailer. No people there to talk with and I had issues with "location service" on my phone.

Amazing service from the veteran, can't remember his name but he was great.
The back end of the truck had not been cleaned out. I waited while the stuff was removed & swept out. A tire on the auto transport was very low on air and I was told to take it to a tire store in town to get it filled up. That took 30 minutes.

I was overcharged. My order confirmation stated my rental would cost $19.95 and was charged $29.95. I also opted out of any damage coverage and was charged $14. I will be calling to find out why I was charged more than what I signed up for and reserved.

manager rude --very rude to me on phone and yelled he did not know --what i did to get this cheap a rate!!!! the truck was partially swept out. warmed me loundly to return at 10 am -not 1 minute late! of course it was returned at 9:30 ,
Very friendly and professional. I will highly recommend this location. I first returned a truck to them in 1998 when I moved up here from Houston. It hasn't changed a bit. Love coming to someone who makes me feel at home. They made me feel like family! Bob Morrison
Please pave the parking lot. The hill going down is difficult with the truck. It was not comfortable driving on gravel.
Disappointed there is no actual pick up process that does not involve going into the office as described by the U-Haul app. BUT they are friendly at this location. The trucks are spotlessly clean and well maintained!

Mr Duley went above and beyond to help out with my return. I was a couple days late in turning in the vehicle due to unforseen issues. I did call and let him know that I would be late and he was most helpful in facilating the return. Also, thanks for getting newer trucks. The last one I rented which has been several years ago, was sluggish and had a lot of play in the steering. This truck was pleasure to drive.

I didn't speak to any workers, again the drop off process was painful when using the website, I had to use 3 different phones. Otherwise, the location was large so finding a parking spot was a breeze.

Pretty bad when you give truck back same day which we could of had another day and with quarter tank more of gas , and you all are petty about 11 miles changing me more of $5. Gas was more than that . and we couldn't get any credit for that. Truck should of been full when we took it and we could of filled full before return then extra miles would be no big deal to pay more. Besides that we reserved truck at one place you all changed to another locations for smaller truck and then that truck wasn't even available. We scheduled at another location for 8 am pickup and no one was there until 8:30 am. Told we could do mobile pick up after we sat waiting for someone. Informative you are not.

I was bogusly charged for a cleaning fee of $25. I swept that vehicle out and have photo evidence of a clean, empty trailer.at after hours drop off at 5:30. The truck was never inspected by either of the UHaul representatives at both pick up and drop off locations. Fortunately, your customer service rep on the phone I spoke with was able to investigate this issue and refund me after speaking with the dealer.
It was fine, just not a big enough truck size. Wrong choice! I would suggest putting a broom in the back of the truck, attached, because when you are moving, you are not keeping track of your broom. It would be easier to clean the truck. Charge if they take the broom.
Have better marking for key drop box, I wasn't 100% sure if I should use the mail slot or if I was missing something.
The location was professional however the location was not what i requested when i made my reservations It put me almost two hours behind. My reservation was updated and changed within my request I will not use U-Haul Again All of our plans had to be changed because of U-Haul it put us fours hours behind trying to move from Louisville to georgia

The trailer wasn't even 5ft wide we waisted our money we needed our mower that is 4ft 8 inches wide to fit on it and couldn't even fit. Not advertised correctly at all.

Man running the place, Gilbert I believe, is great but Uhaul is going downhill as a company.
The uhaul system kept locking up. Uhaul it needs to fix that issue. Something about alerts? ...I am a return customer.
I can't remember the older gentleman's name but he was very professional helped with everything and safety was his priority my safety was his priority and I thank him for that
