Give everyone who works here a raise or you can rot. On another note that has nothing to do with them please make a few upgrades to your trucks, mainly electrically adjustable side mirrors and cruise control. Merci.

Luckily my friend is a mechanic and check battery connections, and we could take off. Once we arrived to the storage unit we left the van running in the meantime we were unloading, we were afraid it wouldn't start back again. I was hoping I would had gotten some kind of discount for the inconvenience. Regardless of this incident, i would return to rent there again. Merci

Renee YMy original reservation at the Harlan Heights Uhaul was cancelled because I didn't show up within 30 minutes of start time I had reserved it for (Had it reserved from 1030-230 and I showed up at 1115). It felt like the old Seinfeld episode at the car rental counter. Apparently I was supposed to call them to let them know I would be "late". I would think if I had shown up after my 4 hour block that would be considered late but Uhaul knows better than me I guess. Anyway the guy at the counter was able to quickly locate a van at at this location just a mile down the road so it worked out. Going forward, brush up on the theory of Special Relativity before you rent because time moves differently at different speeds in different places, especially at the Harlan Heights Uhaul location.
