We were told by the staff that the truck was half full of fuel. There was a 40 gallon fuel tank on the truck. We filled it up before we left Metropolis. It took 30 gallons to fill it up. It was NOT half full. This discrepancy was addressed with the staff at the receiving end. They indicated they would address the issue with their colleagues at the pick up location. We paid for the fuel required to get it half full and it cost us $9.and change...at $4.36 or so per gallon.

Call and tell customer they have a balance owed instead of sending an email that I didn't see and then charge me a $30 late fee and take it off my card without notifying me.

The gentleman at the drop off location was very friendly and helpful. He took photos to document the damage caused to the tailgate of the truck caused by the auto transport trailer not being connected properly.

made reservations cape giradeau mo told them my s 10 had wide tires need the 6'5" trailer does your people even know there are different sizes what happen to adjustable ones any way HAD TO BACK 74 MILES TO GET THE RIGHT ONE WAIT 2 HRS CAUSE YOUR SITE WOULD NOT ACCEPT THE CARD I GAVE ON FIRST RES. GUY SAID THE GUY SAID SITE CRASHED SO AFTER WAITING WAITNG 2HRS THE GUY LET US HAVE IT. SO DRIVING BACK 74 MILES TO WHERE I NEEDED IT THE FINDER STARTED FLAPPING EASY TO NOT NOTICE CALLED OWNER JUST PLACED A STRAP ON IT DROVE BACK TO WV 664 MILES NO PROBLEMS PS!!!! FIRST RES. 120.00 AFTER 150 MILES OUT OF MY WAY NOW QUOTE 160.00 WTH IS THAT WHY CO. WENT AWAY FROM ADJUSTABLE ONE CHARDGE 160 BRING BACK ADJUSTABLE

Nothing other than more parking, the gentleman behind the counter took excellent care of me was quick and professional even though uhauls software was not working properly he quickly found the issue and corrected it and got me on my way
