One thing you could improve on is ...If a customer reserves a trailer at a specific location what they rented should be at the location .U-Haul should be the one responsible for the item(product)to be at that location I reserved a Trailer at one place just to get a call half way there my trailer would be at a different place an extra hour+ added to my tripThank you

The computer always takes forever to connect at this location. I blame that on UHaul not the man that was trying to check me in. He was very pleasant and helped me unhook the trailer.

Joseph JThey'll charge you more because they just did a "rough calculation". I will not be using uhaul again even after he said we didn't have to pay anymore as soon as we walked out the door I was charged and extra $100 for going over "67 miles" even though we took the same route there and back and the guy we got rented from obviously sucks at adding up all the miles. I do not recommend uhaul at all and everyone that asks me about my experience I will tell them exactly how it went.
Haylee FMake sure that equipment is in good condition. The rubber around the front windshield was loose and came undone when driving. Had to pull over and tape it down.

Lisa AGetting service with uhaul is a Royal pain in the ass... it is the equivalent of “open for service, but not serving customers”... uhaul for now on will only be a last case scenario as I probably spent as much time trying to just rent the fucking car hauler trailer with all of these dumbass obstacles to get through in relation to how long I had in my possession, which was a 2 day rental in which I returned within 36 hours... the headache involved just trying to get service will sway me away from future business from there.
James HThey didn't know that I was coming to pick up the truck. The truck windows were covered in snow. They didn't have any moving blankets in stock (even though I was told they had 30). I had to go to another location to pick up the moving blankets I needed.
Michael SDespite ordering two furniture dollies and a Dozen blankets a week prior to rental date and only receiving one furniture dolly and no blankets when we picked up the truck, our rental experience was pleasant.

Sonja JThe rental agent did not know how to fill the paperwork out correctly and would not admit it. I was trying to save money and rent for 5 days. He did not know how to make it happen. There was an issue with the right taillight on the trailer, he was not open to looking at it, but instead blamed my vehicle.

ROBERT MNot happy with experience! Reserved a 26 ft u-haul weeks before date, 2 days before received a call that they didn't have any, only a 20 ft! We also reserved a 6 x 12 cargo trailer just in case......they deducted $50 off price to compensate, but rental fee of that was $100, not the same amount of room...a u-haul truck is much wider and taller, had to go back to get a 4x8 (all they had available) and rent......we need to go back in a couple of weeks and load more things, not sure if we'll use u-haul this time....we were quoted a price when we reserved it and with what we ended up having to use, the price doubled!!!

William WI was contacted by St Louis and asked if I could bring the truck in early. I agreed and was extended a no charge mileage overage limit .. I accepted. When I explained this at the drop off, the personnel were wonderful, friendly and accommodating. I have already made recommendations!! Thank you!
RENEE Sthis location sold me a ball mount, a ball and a pin for the ball mount. i dont know much about these items i expect that the person selling them to me should be well educated on them so that i feel safe and secure knowing i am using UHAUL! the fact that the trailer i rented came off the truck on a freeway on ramp and 2:30am in OKC does not make me feel safe or secure or ever using Uhaul or recommending Uhaul again. After getting of to the side of the freeway with the trailer dragging on the ground and getting help and finding out that the ball mount was worn out because the ball size was only 1 7/8" with no pin (no place for pin) and no nut. for $900 (or any price) this is unexceptable. this situation could have been deadly.
