JEWEL EIt took us 45 minutes to get the 24/7 share and the app to work, (which it never did) not the fault of this location. The local agent was helpful in getting things resolved. It was the process beforehand that was so difficult. Everyone involved either lied, omitted information or gave us wrong information. Our local storage place had said getting a 26 foot truck would be no problem. When we called to check on it, he said they didn't do trucks. The online site promised someone local would call to schedule time and place. No one did. When I called 3 days before, the agent said they were guaranteed to call and wouldn't help. I had to spend 1/2 hour on the phone 12 hours before scheduled rental trying to track down where and when to pick up a truck when I already had moving help scheduled to come at a certain time and place. The computer couldn't find a record of our reservation even though we had a reservation number.

Matthew RIt's hard to rate a particular U-Haul location when I had no interaction with them since I performed the pick up of the truck after-hours. Must admit I was confused why I was picking up a U-Haul at an Asian restaurant. Because the U-Haul Android app did not work (AGAIN), I went into the restaurant thinking there would be a side office handling the U-Haul business but didn't find one. Instead I called the U-Haul number and was told to remove the U-Haul App because it often doesn't work and instead was walked through the process of access the U-Haul website and my reservation. This went smoothly and I was grateful U-Haul still has customer service people located in the United States.

RANDALL DIt was dark when we returned the truck. Parking lot was semi-lit and cell reception was poor at the time of check in. Key drop box was easy to find in a well-lit area. No difficulties noted.
Kenneth KI have been charged for insurance I did not want and told the lady that I did not. I was told when I rented the truck that it was 0,79 a mile and at the end I was charged 0,99 a mile. The mileage and gas was wrong when I got the truck and when I brought to there attention they wrote on my paper where I rented the truck and said they would fix it when I returned the truck instead they did nothing. I do not recommend this location at all they are not set up with computers to see what you're getting nor the charges they have personal cell phones only. Not a good location nor polite people!

steven cWell when I picked up the truck Sunday morning around 11am. I got the truck with a quarter tank and smelling like weed in it. When it should of been on full and not smelling like it was. But I had to leave in a emergency to be with my Mom, so I took it. I wasn't pleased at all had to come out of pocket for 67 dollars for gas ⛽ and when I dropped it back off in Columbus Georgia it was back on a quarter tank but you guys was trying to charge my card 16,78 for what I am not sure. Other than that it was okay thank you again for your service ☺️

Matthew SI did an online reservation for location in my town, got phone call trailer was only available in town 15 miles away. Pickup was fine, rented trailer for 24 hours, actually returned it 31 hours later, I'm fine with paying a two rental if need be but the location keeps billing my credit card for 3 days rental. After I had RETURNED the trailer I started getting emails & calls about the trailer whereabouts? Then calls about credit card payment when the dealer said it was issues on his end, tried to pay cash from the beginning. Will not use online Uhaul again if I can avoid them, such a hassle & annoying for a simple trailer rental.

Maggie GI received a text telling me to drop-off location of JONES AUTO SALES at 3925 US HWY 31 S, DECATUR, this does not exist, Janes Auto sales has moved, there i nothing at the address given, there is a U-Haul drop of point 0,25 mile up the road, after driving around searching for your location I finally left the truck at the only location I could fine.

Richard HThis location is run by the owners of a restaurant, service desk is the counter of the restaurant. Makes it a little confusing. Don't know how to communicate this to customers. Especially those from out-of-town who's just dropping off a rental.

RANDALL KIt was terrible trying to get code to unlock and then they charged me a fuel charge even when I picked the truck up it was on empty and I had to immediately go to gas station. Terrible

PAUL MThe truck was extremely dirty, dirt, leaves, cigarette butts rushed ran out of something on floor of truck, neither the man I rented from or the woman that checked truck in was very nice..they were not rude, she ask me about hand trucks I had rented. I said they are in back of truck..where the man had put them, she told me to get them out of back while she checked milage. I have rent here several times, but this was my last time with Canton house. He acted pissed because he couldnt find my reservation..I found it..he just said I'll have to do it all here...like he was aggravated..the back of truck and the ramp were filthy. He knew it because he had put the appliance trucks in back.he didnt mention it, when I got to my destination I called them no answer, I text uhaul on line, the next day he called me back..he said,yeah I often dont have time to sweep them out..I'm too busy.. at very least he could have told me truck was dirty, how long had it been sitting there, that he didnt have time to sweep it out...just all round flustrating experience with the man renting it and the woman checking it in...didnt offer me a receipt when checking it in..I ask her, will I get an email with charges she said yes..you'll get email..I've probably rented from there 3 or 4 times..never again.
