I was unable to drop rental and equipment off at this location due to poor communication of the site manager. My return date was confirmed both on app and during pick up with the site manager and yet the site was closed on the day my rental was due to return. I called the site manager and he reiterated that the site was 24/7 and drop off was available, when I told him it was gated and locked he told me "well, it's Father's Day and we are closed. I don't know what to tell you, spend the extra money and hold onto the rental an extra day". I then called U-Haul with this upsetting news as I needed to drop off the rental on a Sunday due to a conflicting work schedule the following day as well as not wanting to spend extra money due to the inconvenience of the site manager. I was told by U-Haul that I would not be charged for the extra day due to the inability to drop off the rental on my scheduled/confirmed day. After contacting U-Haul and speaking to the site manager, I was still charged the extra day for the rental and equipment… I am very displeased.

Uhaul to keep the system up; for customers and vendors. The only thing that wasn't a phenomenon experience with this dealer was uhaul having there system down which delayed moving by a day, which was not an issue with this amazing dealer just the system maintained by uhaul.

Mike BThe trailer I reserved had a severe blowout while driving in extremely heavy traffic. It was a small miracle it didn't flip over. When the repairman came to replace the shredded tire, he inspected the other tires and ended up replacing 3 of the 4 tires. The person renting the trailer obviously knew the tires were bald as well as knowing our destination was Utah. They should have been replaced before we left. But since I was his last customer for the day, he was eager to leave and hurriedly got us hooked up and out the door. We were very lucky we weren't injured. Very disappointed.
